Hey, so. Between those Amphoria Pods showing off our memories of home and Valentine's Day coming up next month, I have to admit I've been thinking about something a lot lately, so why not let's make a game of it?

What's the funniest, wildest, or most embarrassing thing you've ever done in order to impress somebody you liked?

It has to be something you actually did! I mean, I know there's no good way of keeping somebody from just making something up, but that'd ruin the spirit of the game, you know? Oh, and don't say something really mortifying or awful or indecent, okay? It's not supposed to be THAT kind of game. Here's a good rule of thumb: if it's not the kind of thing you can laugh about now, it's probably not the kind of thing this game is getting at!

Mm, I feel like I should offer up some kind of prize for playing, too, so...how about a free extra drink with your next purchase of table time at Beans! Cat Cafe? Well, I don't have any stories. I haven't really tried to impress someone I liked.

But I have had fans do strange things to try to impress me. It doesn't really fit with the whole Valentine's Day thing, though.

Fans get weirdly passionate about things they like. I guess including manga-ka. I don't really understand it to be honest. The kindest thing I could do at that time was not acknowledge it, I think.

I wouldn't want to encourage that behavior. Since that's what I shared. What did someone do to impress you, then?

Might be nice to catch a breather. Afraid I don't have any tales of trying to impress anyone. There are things I'll do for people I wouldn't otherwise, but it's not with that kind of end.

Actually...there's something I just remembered recently, because of those Amphoria Pods. Not everything I saw was...you know. That night.

Okay, so I was in the music club at school, you know? And sometimes I'd stay late in the music room to practice. So, that guy figured out the song that I was practicing and then went and learned the piano accompaniment for it, so that he could play along with me sometime.

We'll just have to find somebody named White and they can be your suffering buddy from February 14th until March 15th!

It's pretty steady business! I'm getting the hang of this whole management thing, I think. I'm more efficient now, and I've got plenty of good help.

Art is a great way to bring people together. Music included. I'd ask how successful that was, but you don't need to tell me.

I'd say learning an entire arrangement qualifies as wild. Unless he did poorly, which from what you've said doesn't sound like it.

I mean, it wasn't as good as someone who'd been playing for twenty years could've done it. He picked a simpler arrangement for a reason.

i can't say i've really done a whole lot to impress someone. it's more like, if i like the way they look i straight up ask them out and if it doesn't go anywhere i move on.

but that's not really what i'm her for.
i just wanted to see if you wanted to go and hangout sometime, we could have a nice time out without being in a party situation.
