I'm looking for goblins.

[ Shocking. ]

They're an abundant problem where I am from. But I haven't seen any here, and many people say they don't have them in the worlds they come from. But I am looking for them anyway. Let me know if you find any, so I can kill them.

[ His tone is mostly blunt, his sentences direct and to-the-point, but anyone with a keen ear might detect that he sounds a little... strained, perhaps. As if the complete and utter lack of goblins is, in itself, a concern. ]

Also, I would like to know how to access the sewers so I can make sure no goblins have taken up a nest there.

... There are different stories. Some say they're what happen to a person who is consumed by envy. Others say they came from the moon.

I don't care.

What matters is that they have to die.

I should hope it is the latter. That would make it possible to cut them off at the source and eliminate the threat once and for all. But if a weakness in the human heart is enough to create them, then... well...

The envy one. I don't know anything about the moon, so that theory isn't impossible.

Well, that transportation center on the first level regularly launches shuttles to this world's moons, does it not? So if goblins are in general moon-dwelling creatures, there is nothing preventing us from going to take a look.

... I hadn't considered the possibility that goblins may live on moons beyond the ones where I am from. Your idea has some merit.

You had considered that they might be in the sewers of a completely different planet, but not that they might live on other moons?
