[While there's no name attached the camera is clearly set up centered on the poster- a calico bobtail cat sitting on a table, one paw raised in the air, mimicking the stance of the lucky cats based on the breed. Trying to beckon in some suckers? Probably.

There's a little cone shaped homemade wizard hat settled between fuzzy ears and everything. The Cordis moon may be waning, but the streak of mischief is very much not.]

We all have wishes, don't we, things we can't stop thinking about or that we could use a little advice on.

[Not many have seen her in this form and her voice is pitched a bit differently from usual, but despite going to the trouble of anon she's not trying that hard to hide her identity. Very few would recognize her anyway and she's just trying to have a good time.]

Big and small things! Maybe there's a really great sandwich you want to have again. Or you're looking for a companion during these cold nights. Of course there's only so much that can be granted here but who knows? Maybe putting it out there will get you exactly what you want. Can't hurt, anyway.

So what are you wishing for, Lunatia?

[as it is the tenth, she's still in Cordis influence. In this case it means fluffy blond tabby ears, a fluffy tail and amber eyes. Though with pupils blown wide as they are, it might be hard to determine the color]

[Another Cordis! She always enjoyed run-ins with her fellow shared moonblessed, probably because they were usually just as interested in causing trouble as she was.

Though she's not entirely sure what exactly was being asked for, tech and most magic still not her strong points even if she'd been in the city for some time now, the raised paw moving to rub at the back of a pointed fuzzy ear in some sort of idle contemplative gesture. Easy enough to guess, right? Or pretend she had any clue. She understood the words individually but as a whole it was pretty fantastical.]

If any of us were capable of summoning something like that we probably wouldn't stick around making posts about how much we wished we could.

[A dig at herself mostly, there probably was something better she could be doing with her time.]

You often go about granting wishes? Or are you just curious about them?

[The physical changes had been upsetting, mostly, during the moon phases, but already she'd started to almost enjoy them- it was definitely easier to get a free meal when people thought you were a cute little hapless kitty cat.]

Call it goodwill towards my fellow feline. Or maybe I'm just trying to gain a little paw-sitive karma.

Really she's just hoping to mess with people and maybe get a little something in exchange. It could still count as good karma, sure.]

[Not the weirdest quirk in the grand scheme of things, there were funkily built people back home too. Still a little difficult to wrap her mind around when Cordis demanded she all but cleared out the kitchen though but she's easily distracted with the offer of even more food.]

There are some great little places in Caihong! Reminds me of the food back home.

I've heard that it's like time doesn't really pass when we're here, that it's just like how we left it. I don't really understand how that would work but...

Well, I don't really know what I'm trying to say, I guess. We probably won't remember stuff from here if we go back and home might not be any different either. It's a lot to think about. I'd still wanna know what's going on though, if I could.

[Uh oh, the jig might be up if he's actually a magician and not an idiot in a paper party hat like her. Ninjutsu was totally magic though, right. She could clone herself and turn into other people and things and that was definitely like a trick to most of the people she'd run into here. It counted.]

In general... no.
But I suppose it depends on the type of wish. For instance, if someone were to tell me, "I wish for a great quantity of water"... or "I wish to strike that chair with lightning"... I would certainly be able to grant their desires.

So if I want to electrocute myself, you're the one to call. Good to know.

Technically I could sort of do the same. In a roundabout way.

Well... I don't know if my instructors would agree, but I believe that the true essence of spell development is figuring out how to do all kinds of things in roundabout ways. Once you've designed a technique that can somehow accomplish what you intended, no matter how unwieldy, laughable, or inefficient... you're already most of the way there.

That said, I cannot really recommend putting any particular effort into devising a way to electrocute oneself.

And of course, I can also grant wishes such as "I wish to set something on fire," "I wish a great wind would lift me into the air," and "I wish to obliterate something down to its component particles."

Not a bad way to look at it. Whatever gets the job done, right? Sometimes you have to look underneath the underneath, be a little unpredictable so you're not easily figured out.

[To her that mostly means finding bigger and better ways to smash things with weapons but. She gets it.]

Sounds more like you've got a talent for all the elements instead of actually granting wishes though. But I guess it's not always mutually exclusive.

It is certainly true that I am able to use magic of all eight types, and also that none of the magic I know is geared toward granting wishes, generally. ...But are we not all of us capable of granting wishes, magical powers or no?
