I would like to address those out there who are fathers. Or anyone who might have experience with raising a child. Sons, especially.

How does one...form bonds with them? What activities do they enjoy? What should you talk about? Do you try to be their friend?

I find myself wishing that Jin Ling had had a sibling. Maybe he wouldn't agree.

A lot of children are like that while they don't have any siblings. Why do you think he won't want one?

He's a future Sect leader. There's always a chance for jealousy. Though, I think Jin Ling would be happy having a sibling who looked up to him. I think...family means a lot to him.

[That hits a little too close to home. Charles was the eldest in his family, and to him went the dubious honor of becoming executioner of Paris while his brothers assumed posts in other regions of France. But they were never jealous of him...probably because all of them shared in the shame of being executioners. RIP.]

If family means a lot to him, I doubt he would let jealousy get in the way.
