[look at this finely dressed deer in the headlights. this is the face of a man who's clearly trying hard at something. and while he's still new to much of the technology here, that isn't the problem. (even if the typo in his own name might suggest otherwise.)
he looks like he might turn this off after all, and maybe he's regretting that he didn't go with the texted word, but then he takes a breath and pushes forward.]
I would like to address those out there who are fathers. Or anyone who might have experience with raising a child. Sons, especially.

How does one...form bonds with them? What activities do they enjoy? What should you talk about? Do you try to be their friend?
How do you inquire about their [his expression twists.] chroma?
Any advice would be appreciated.

[is he a little pink in the cheeks, he just might be. but he also listens, thinking about her words for a moment before lowering his head, soft smile on his lips.]
It's something to keep in mind, for the benefit of those I hold dear. My pride won't be hurt by Jin Ling being a better man than I am either.

( perhaps she otherwise might've — but she's learned enough about jin zixuan here in prisma to see what a great father he has the potential to be. unhindered by pride, but possibly effected by ... what should we stay? self doubt? the stubbornness of jin ling? )
What I mean to say is, learn from the things your father did or didn't do, and then make yourself better. For Jin Ling's sake.
