I did not read your prior ramblings, but I can tell you plenty about marriage where I am from. Of course, to remain pure until the wedding night and to satisfy the parents of both bride and groom, courtship is a dance of intrigue. Since they cannot come too close nor address each other too familiarly, the engaged couple communicates in bouquets with their own meanings, in letters filled with double entendres, in veiled glances.

I suppose if you are not yet betrothed, you can approach in much the same way. Drop a handkerchief doused in your perfume where they will be sure to find it. Perhaps send a bouquet, with forget-me-nots or perhaps even a gardenia if you decide to play coy. Oh, or even a cleome! A cleome and a camellia, such a forceful combination.
