Anyway, I don't think it's your right to decide what other people feel, so the answer to the second question is: "you can't." But as for the first one...

...You can't. I think the most you can do is give it time, and let your feelings fade on their own.

And I tried that! I only decided it was "love" on a whim because it seemed interesting that way but now it's just gotten worse and it needs to stop because I despise it!

I don't think there's much you can do if someone ends up falling in love with you. You can either accept or deny their feelings.

However, falling out of love
that's a lot harder

I don't see why it would be impossible... It feels like a sickness or curse and I've gotten rid of plenty of those before so I don't care what I have to do.

The only way I have to be productive I can't do while I'm stuck in this place.

I only even approached her from the start because I was certain that she would want nothing to do with me! And for a while I thought I was right because she would always get angry or flustered or she would threaten me... I don't know what I did wrong!

These are questions I would like answers to, as well, but I think love was made not to be so easy.

We love for all sorts of reasons. Platonic, romantic, familial. If it were as easy as snuffing out a candle to turn that love away from ourselves and others, what would be the point of feeling it at all? God made love to endure, even when it’s difficult, and the rewards of loving and being loved are unspeakably precious.

I may be getting off track. You’re probably already annoyed, hearing my lecture.

My point is this. What you may find undesirable or weak might be the greatest strength another person has. “One man’s trash,” as they say!

In a world full of cruelty, where no one at all owes you their kindness, love is the only weapon normal people could hope to wield against such despair. You shouldn’t write it off so quickly, in yourself or in others—it may one day be all you have left.

You're right that the world is cruel, but love isn't some shield or weapon against the harshness of reality. It's just a weakness that leaves you all the more vulnerable, and it certainly won't give me any solace when I die.

regretted it afterwards and it didnt even have the most desired results in the end so

think the best you can do is put distance from them as much as possible?
might still feel shit but maybe itll go away more over time so it doesnt hurt as much

I've tried that from the start. It seemed to be working fine at first so I don't know what went wrong.

i guess it depends on why you want to fall out of love with someone? but mostly i think it just takes time.

and you can't. other people's feelings are their own. whether you return those feelings or not, you only get to decide how to respond to them. the rest is up to them.
