Since the first of the month is coming up soon and i've heard these moons affect people a certain way, is there any advice that could be given for dealing with the effects that happen? I would quite appreciate it if any of you would be willing to share any details of your experiences so I know what to expect.

[ His smile falters a touch here, but nonetheless seems to remain in place as he let off a soft hum. Normally Karma wouldn't have asked so openly but maybe he was concerned about what was going to happen in a couple days and he did like being prepared.

Sure Cloud had told him a little but he needed a bit more to go off of. ]

Especially seeing as it would be my first time and it's likely to be unsettling in some form or another.

The moons like to bring you out of your shell, so to speak. [ That's an... elegant way of putting it. ] People who wouldn't normally seek companionship in others would find themselves almost desperate for it. Something like that.

There are other things, too, like being hungry all the time, or wanting to fight, or being so generous that you forget about yourself, but most of the changes you'll experience revolve around the idea of generating Chroma.

There may be an issue with the one since I already don't mind a good fight as I am now. Amplify that and it could be something of a possible problem.

It's a possibility, anyway. Some Sanguis Moonblessed don't feel the need to start fights at all. Although their urge to have—

Um, you know. Anyway, they just want to do something else instead.

It's a form of getting all that pent up energy out, so I can see why they would.

When my moonblessings first manifested, it was painful. Feathers started to sprout out of my arms and legs. I hope something like that won't happen to you, but I suppose it's best to be prepared to experience some pain, anyway.

I should have guessed that suddenly gaining features you didn't have before wasn't going to be an easy experience but at least I can expect the pain in advance.

Anyway, fur shouldn't hurt. Nor should fins and gills. It's the feathers that have been a bother.

[ At least, that's what she thinks. For twelve months, her moonblessings didn't change at all. ]
