There's no violin this time, though, and she has turned the video on and adjusted it in order to walk away and... completely out of frame.]

Kleio!

[She has something in her hand, a kind of dried meat but cut far too large for any human mouth to chew on without hurting their jaw. The reason becomes obvious enough a moment later when a large creature comes bounding onto the scene, wearing a saddle and skidding to a halt like an excitable puppy.

Ana laughs and tosses the treat to the dragon-like creature who snatches it out of the air and chews happily. She comes back into the view and pets the creature's neck affectionately. That mess with Majestas was... awful. Absolutely awful. And she's still in recovery though thankfully the bandages are gone now, but having her companion here is already making her feel better.]

Hello everyone! Meet Kleio! She's what's known as a Skyscale where I'm from. They're sort of a distant cousin of dragons, and Kleio here was raised by me from an egg to become my mount! She's very good at flying and--

[And chewing on Ana's hair, apparently.

She's still somewhat young despite her size, at least in terms of animal maturity.]

... Kleio, please.

[Achem! Just going to very gently push her big ol' snout away so she stops.]

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce her now that I finally have her here, and also offer anyone a flight around Prismatica! I know there are limits to how far we can even go, but if anyone has been itching for a bird's-eye view, I'd be glad to give it for a bit of chroma! Feel free to ask me anything about her, too!

Look where I'm from, 'distant cousins' of dragons are still dragons and literally the strongest creature type on the Material Plane!

Also if this one's more animal-like, that's still terrifying for me, animals tend to react poorly to me.

Oh I'm sure she'll be fine with you. We've been through a lot together and she can be a little excitable sometimes but she's well behaved with other people.

And trust me, I know about dragons. Elder dragons are a serious problem where I'm from. But she can't ascend to become one, and last I checked she's closer to a large puppy than a magic-eating minion-driving Elder dragon.

... Okay...

Dragons are definitely different on your world, but I'm still cautious.

You don't trust me to be a good trainer?

It's more I don't trust my own luck with animals.

Ever had a corgi attach itself to your leg by biting? Like, it didn't even pierce the skin, but that happened once.

What in the world is a Corgi?

A very small, short-legged breed of dog that is about as harmless as you can imagine normally, but for me, went on a chomping spree.

That sounds adorable, though!

... not the biting part, obviously.

Some of the people around me back then found it hilarious, honestly.

The people you were around are clearly jerks then.

In any case, maybe you could get better with animals with a little training.

Technically they were the good guys in the overall situation and had just 'stopped' my evil plot.

Which was actually the Demon Lord of Wrath's minion, but that was my thing.

The minion was... a small dog?

[Not one that was huge and on fire? Or just a dire wolf?]

No, the minion was the dead guy who kept corgis around to kick.

Because that's Wrathful, apparently. I don't know what the fuck was with some of them.

The Demon Lord of Wrath did not like having minions who were unwilling to kick puppies if it served his purposes.

This guy took that very literally.

I did mention he was kinda killed, right?

I would find him and murder him myself for that!!!

That would mean coming to my world, which is not recommended. But yeah, he got rather thoroughly undone.

I'm glad. That's just disgusting.

Let's just worry about the issuesome sorts here, mmm'kay?

... But yeah, animals tend to automatically react poorly to demons under normal circumstances.

I could charm them, but it's not dissimilar to my issues with charming people.

Maybe it would help to have an actual animal tamer at your side.

I mean, fair enough I guess.

It's just a pattern I've gotten very adjusted to over the years...
