[the video starts with someone (in a lot of green) too close to the screen. just the bottom half of his face is visible and his mouth moves as he mumbles something to himself. eventually, he leans back. some of you might recognize him as the Green Man who introduces himself as Robin. after a moment, he lifts his hand in a greeting.]
Hey there, folks. [that same hand rubs at the back of his neck.]
I'll make this short and sweet. [the recording turns around and focuses on a couple of these guys, brightly colored and lazily swimming around in a large fishing bowl on a windowsill. one headbutts the side of the bowl gently.
there's a sigh.]
Anybody in the market for a couple of rainbow fish? I don't want anything for 'em other than getting the responsibility out of my hands. Don't really care what you do with them, either.
[but he's out here
looking for a home for them.]
It'll be first-come, first-serve. Early bird gets the worm and all that... or fish, in this case.

Why not, right? The man took the trouble to find the fish new homes instead of abandoning them somewhere, so a little memory of them isn't bad. ]
They're so harmless compared to the fish from my world.

what is being said now is curious. he keeps the camera on the fish but the silence is telling.]
... Yeah?
[an unsaid prompt for more but also one wherein he doesn't have to answer at all.]

There's modest-sized fish too, but it's not uncommon to encounter large species.
I've caught one before that's bigger than me.

so he answered. probably because he's got a live feed of rainbow fish going, spitting bubbles at each other. Robin needs to get his entertainment somewhere, too.]
What? Man, fishing is supposed to be relaxing not a pain in the ass. Catching a fish bigger than a person sounds like a lot of effort.

Also, this man's broadcast could pass for a live ASMR aquarium. ]
So it's relaxing in other worlds.
Fishermen from my world risk their lives to fish. Many of them are strong because of their experiences out at sea.

don't put on headphones, Ayer.]
Uhuh. If they're reeling in fish that are as big as a human being on a daily basis, then I guess you'd have to be strong. [at this point, Robin has just set up his camera in front of the bowl as he replies with each new message he gets.]
It's relaxing if you're doing it as a hobby. Not so much when you're doing it to survive. Whether as a job or 'cause you're hungry.
