1st Healing | Video
[ The video opens up to a brunette who seems to only be mildly struggling with operating the device. And in essence, that was only dealing with the weirdness of the lack of tactile buttons and figuring out what option exists where. ]
Is this thing on right...?
[ But as soon as she recognizes the flash, she smiled, figuring that she had it working. Konoka might not deal with large audiences very often, but her conversational nature made it easy to talk if she imagined she was just speaking to an old friend. ]
Hey everyone! My name's Konoka Konoe, and I'm with the group Ala Alba. I don't know if that name is familiar to anyone, and I doubt it is, but I wanted to keep that hope out there.
[ There's the slightest hesitation to her smile, but she presses on anyway. The astute might notice that she's holding a small baton with a crescent moon shape on one end. ]
But more importantly! I'm wondering if there are any Moonblessed out there that work in the hospitals or medical areas around here? Do you guys use just regular stuff? Is it advanced science you haven't seen before, or are used to? What about supernatural abilities? I'm interested in helping out with that, if I can!
[ She took a more impish look as she leaned in. ]
By the way, what's everyone's favorite way of getting chroma? C'mon, you can tell me! Getting it through Demichroma doesn't count!

Re: [Video]
In a manner of speaking! I'm just about done with my training as a 'Magister Magi' or 'Master Mage', and healing is one of my strong points! The number one thing I need now is more experience!

Re: [Video]
I'm most adept at healing magic but I've been looking at general spells when I was in school. I was also learning Eastern style magic, which focuses on summoning!
Given that lots of people use magic here I don't have to hide it here like I did at home!
[Video]
Oh my gosh! What can you summon? Are you able to summon spirits or creatures or something?

One of my friends here is a doctor. Her name is Dr. Angela Ziegler.
[ He did have to pause and check his communicator to make sure he spelled that right. ]
I work in tech and engineering, and everything here is tied in with magic. So it's pretty frustrating to do my work.
As for your last question, I actually like cuddling up the most. It's not the fastest or the biggest rush, but it's warm and nice.

Angela Ziegler? I'll keep an eye out for her!
I'm sorry that magic is giving you a tough time! I've had to study it for four years before I actually got competent in it. My healing abilities are based in magic, after all.
Yes, cuddling is already nice and comfy even before moonlacing figures in, so to know that it's that much better is wonderful!

Take and share all the affection you need. Everyone could use a little more.

[It's the best guess she can make based on what she's said.]
For your last question...I have to admit I haven't made the best effort at earning chroma...
text;
Ah, you haven't? Why not?

[Magic? After all the craziness she's seen in her life, she'll take that over zombies.]
I am not the most affectionate person. I feel I have to know a person well first.
text;
Ah, I see. I suppose that's understandable. It's difficult to get close to strangers, isn't it? I even say this as someone who's extroverted! I think.

Hello, Konoka Konoe of Ala Alba! I am Titus Alexius of Reim.
I know little of medical treatments myself, but I cannot say I'm uninterested in them. One of my dear friends is a magician specializing in healing magic, and another dear friend works closely with other such magicians. ...Though unfortunately neither of them is here.
As for generating chroma, so far I have enjoyed all the methods I've tried!
video;
[ Konoka's face looks a little somber at that. ]
I have a lot of friends with many talents that would be useful for the Lunatians, but for now, I have to focus on what I can bring to the table.
[ She perked up again. ]
Oh? What have you tried with chroma?
video;
Hohohh...
I have held hands, high-fived, hugged, kissed, snuggled, and even... smelled.
Re: video;
But you're right. Generating chroma is our top priority.
[ ...she's surprised though, at that last one. ]
Smelling someone gets chroma too?

...
Well, we were also more or less entwined with one another at the time, so that was probably also part of it. But it is still a rather intimate and enjoyable form of contact!

But I think I generate most of mine through simple hand-holding. It's easy enough to do even if the returns aren't impressive for one act.
Re: [video]
I suppose that works. Handholding is easy to do, and if you hold hands often, you'll have more chroma in the long run.
But given the nature of how moonlacing works, personal info seems like a risk I'll just have to take.

Re: [video]
It'd certainly be interesting!
