[Manuela turns on the video and carefully sets up the device to be balanced on something. You can see she's sitting in a hallway on a couch with no cushions. She looks as amazing as ever. Makeup done to perfection, the slit of her dress riding up just right, the dip of the front showing off an excellent amount of cleavage. She's living her best life with a glass of wine in hand.]

You know, dears. If anyone is looking for a maid, I have just the person for you. I've really never seen anyone more thorough.

[Reaching over, she turns the camera to show that the hallway is filled with furniture. All stripped down. All looking like they've been thoroughly cleaned. She keeps turning it until she shows the way into Sylvain's doorway where he's on his hands and knees scrubbing furiously at the floor of the entryway.]

Just mention you left a tiny bit of dirt somewhere and this handsome young man will deep clean an entire apartment.

[She brings it back around to her, looking smug as she sips at her wine. Even without all the details it's pretty clear Manuela is the one who told him she slipped dirt into his place and sent him into this cleaning frenzy.]

I will warn you though... Don't bother trying to distract him with how lovely you are while he's cleaning. He will prioritize it over you.

[Okay the bitterness to her tone MIGHT suggest what happened here. But she smiles and winks.]

Call me if you need all that extra help. I'm so happy to be his manager.

Would you rather he clean up now and get it out of the way or be thinking about how dirty the place is while he's with you? I'd think the second one would be more offensive.

[Hearing Manuela forward her sterling advice fills Hilda's heart with joy, tyty. The chaotic energy these two bring...]

Oh, I'm fine. I'd ask how you are, but it looks like you're having fun! [A pointed pause.] Now, anyway.

Much more fun now, yes. Thank you for noticing. How have you been settling in? If you have time we should have tea later. My treat.

Of course I have time! Tea with you sounds lovely—and it feels like I haven't seen you in forever.

[Something, something, timelines, but Hilda is skipping right over that? Head hurty. She is here to cause problems, so please accept this thoughtful hum.]

[ He honestly doesn't know which of them is more distracting -both for differing yet very questionable reasons. Where does he even start? ]

I usually punished him with laps and stable-cleaning.

He thought he should clean my place when I was in heat and informed me that I should play with myself until he was done.

[ Oh, Sylvain, this was a lighter death sentence than what most would have given him. ]

In that case, he can clean Dimitri's, Ashe's, and Felix's apartments next.

What a good idea. I will have to make that happen and call you up if there are issues.

Followed by organizing my fridge, shining Dimitri's boots and sword, sorting my bait and tackle box
then Seteth's.
The cats need their litter box changed and their claws trimmed.

[ He can go on forever. Stop him when it's too much. ]

We'll easily have him busy for a couple days at this rate.

[The problem is that Manuela is not so secretly a sadist.]

I could always help with your apartment at least
if you're still feeling uncomfortable.

[ That way Sylvain will at least be temporarily free to focus his attention elsewhere. ]

My apartment just had some dirt in it! I was making a garden in one of the rooms and things were just a little messy for a bit.

[What's wrong with that? HUFF. Though...]

But I suppose having help to sort things out a bit would be nice.

Why not use the outdoor garden on the rooftop? Better lighting.

[ And also less reason to mess her place up even more. ]

[ He's just... trying not to be too amused at Sylvain's expense. ]

... I'm glad he seems to be focusing on some things that aren't pleasant distractions for once.

Not that it is right to ignore you, of course... but it would mean more in a better environment, would it not?

[ Appreciation in a clean room is better than a messy one! ]

Considering I am those pleasant distractions, I should take offense to that. But I will let it slide today.

Then he should be attending to you appropriately. Cleaning can wait if you're in need.

[Surprise! They also talk about you when they cuddle, Dimitri. She's learned...a lot.]

You see? You understand! Ugh. It was awful! So this is just a little bit of revenge for neglecting me in my time of need.

[ Byleth will shake his head at him. Why is he so dense about these things? ]

[Ashe didn't know what Sylvain did to get in trouble in this world too, but it had to be something for him to be cleaning so thoroughly.]

I don't need a maid, though I am curious about what did Sylvain do?

Informed me that I should play with myself while I was in heat so he could clean my room.

[Ashe learned a few things just in that statement alone.]

I'm sure Sylvain had a reason for why he didn't help right at that moment. Maybe he can help you take care of that next time?

[It didn't sound like Sylvain to pass up a moment like that, unless there was a something he really had to do. He didn't imagine it would be cleaning Manuela's room.]

Oh the only reason he had was that he wanted to clean the floor. So he can clean his place of the "dirt" I hid there.

[She didn't actually. She just knows how he gets with it.]

Was there something on the floor to stop him?

[Honestly, Ashe is surprised that Sylvain turned down Manuela to clean. He didn't imagine Sylvain to be so thorough in his cleaning either. There's a lot he's learning about today.

Well, when he's finished I can take care of dinner for him.

[He hoped he wouldn't be cleaning too long.]

Of course not. It was just a little dirt. There was nothing to stop us from enjoying ourselves first.

Oh he's going to be busy for a couple of days now. The dear professor has offered a few other places for him to also clean.
