[Komaeda looks straight at the camera. He seems rather subdued. He doesn't usually make posts himself, but he felt a need to address the void that was the network.]
A certain person from my world seems to be gone. I should celebrate and yet....
[He had not spoken to her beyond when he arrived, but there had been a certain comfort in knowing she was around to hate.]
I never got the chance to get revenge. It's better for everyone here that she's gone. But, it means there is no one else left but me.
[He was unaware of Mukuro's presence.]
Really I should look at this all as a blessing. We had such a terrible event, it was a lot of bad luck! Even despairing.... But now she's gone, and things look brighter.
Yes. Even though a lot of people died, I know something amazing is soon to come! The loss of Enoshima Junko proves this!
[His melancholy expression changes to that of excitement as he raises his arms up.]
Rejoice! Hope will come, and make up for all of the Despair!

Hm.
Speaking of weird looks, Rin seems to have adopted an entirely new appearance himself.]
Was she really that bad? Why wouldn't you want someone from your home here?
no subject
She destroyed our world, killed her entire class, destroyed our school, and caused the death of millions.
I'm surprised she didn't spread despair here as well.
no subject
Maybe she tried and got shut down? I mean moonlacing alone makes people feel pretty good even at the worst of times.
That or she just really liked it when things went to shit.
no subject
A small blessing! But, better to be at ease now.
And, I don't mind being alone here, everyone else I know has better things to do and are better off doing them. So this works out perfectly.
no subject
[Rin doesn't realize that he actually has encountered her, though it was the entirety of one comment laughing at how he looks now and nothing else.]
Really? You don't miss your friends or family at all?
no subject
[He was pretty dismissive about it.]
It would be a lie to say I don't miss my classmates and Hinata kun, but, at the same time, I can't say it would be better for them to be here. I'm not going to be selfish like that.

This place ain't that bad.

How interesting. I believe there is relevant information I could share with you.
Could I meet with you, perhaps?
[Is that infuriation getting the best of her and causing her to try to attempt and assassination?
Probably.]

[Of course to have such vague message set off warning bells especially when the topic at hand was Enoshima Junko. Hadn't she claimed to have friends in this world? Well, whatever. Even if he was suspicious, he never worried too much about his own well being.]
But if you want to meet that's fine. I'll even let you name the time and place!
no subject
I’d rather not meet in public. What I have to say is rather delicate...worrisome.
The prying eyes of despair know no bounds.

[Mukuro rattles off a very specific location for him to find her, a small clearing amidst the trees which will definitely be very dramatic.]
Come alone, please. As I said before, I’m very nervous about telling this to anyone.
no subject
[This felt like something out of a novel.]
I have no one to come with me anyway, I have no friends here.
~ In Person
I will be waiting.
[She’s waiting for him at the clearing, though she’s nowhere to be seen. Just lurking stealthily in the blooming foliage, waiting to see him come into view.
Once he finally does, there’s a very faint “click” sound in the distance, but nothing that follows it.
...Until a few moments later when the same click rings out.
Oh darn.
Looks like she’s going to have to take the long way. Her body is covered by a large, dark jacket. The hood is pulled up and her eyes are cast downward, obscuring her face.]
It’s 45. [...referring to her username. She speaks meekly, standing about seven feet away from him.]
no subject
Though, the idea of being murdered was a bit exciting in a terrible way. Of course, he has never been successfully murdered before.]
And what did you want to tell me exactly? Or more, what are you trying to set up? Because this is definitely a setup. So, let's move on from it, and have a proper chat.
[He didn't live through a murder game and being a Remnant of Despair without some understanding of how these things went.]
no subject
Plain and simple. It’s fortunate that she anticipated that, but still troublesome all the same.]
Junko Enoshima...
She’s still here. Even if you think she’s gone, you shouldn’t go rejoicing.
It’s not safe to speak about someone like her like that.
[There’s another “click” which is followed by a sigh from Mukuro. Her posture shifts uncomfortably, and her hand rises to tug idly at her hood.]
Ah, I’m really no good at this, huh...
no subject
Ah! Now this should be surprising, and yet, somehow it isn't! I don't know if it's a pleasant realization or not though. Don't feel too bad though, after all, I am a former Super High School Level Lucky Student.
[So she had been trying to shoot him, how sad. Well, it's not like everyone can be like Kamukura Izuru]
Ikusaba Mukuro, how long have you been here?
Not that it matters. I don't believe for a moment she is here, otherwise, you never would have shown up like this.
no subject
Mukuro winces in response to the Junko in her head telling her all of these cruel things.]
She’s here.
I am Junko. I’m not just her blood, I’m her very will. I-I’ll keep her alive....until she herself can return. Just like always. [The hand that fell to her side balls into a fist. Honestly? She doesn’t sound so sure of herself.]
Until that happens, keep my sister’s name out of your mouth.
I’ve been here a long time. Even while I knew you were here, I was lurking in the shadows.
[...]
Now that she’s not here - physically - there’s no point in being careful.
no subject
[Of course Ikusaba had been lurking around, it was the only thing she was good at, wasn't it?]
I don't particularly want to say her name either. But, do you really have nothing better to do with yourself than sit around pining for her? You already died once for shock value, why not try something different? Ah, unless you haven't experienced that yet.
no subject
Someone like you would never understand. I can never give up on my sister...Junko. [She says it with such reverence, as if the name alone gives her the strength to keep on.]
My death was my own fault. It won’t happen again.
no subject
Her great Despair, all it did was lay the stepping stones for the birth of the Greatest Hope! I haven’t seen it yet, but, I could feel it close....
[He clutches his arms and laughs a little.]
Since you’re alone now, why not try and be something different?
no subject
Maybe I tried.
I can’t.
You see, my love for Junko is more powerful than anything else in this world. So, I’ll keep her alive. I won’t forget her, I won’t change. I’ll be her vessel if I have to be. Even if that’s all this worthless, useless girl can do.
[And Mukuro takes a dangerous step forward.]
Junko’s despair...is never...ever....going to go away.
Forget whatever you’re planning. I won’t allow you to call her a “stepping stone”. Certainly not for something as flimsy as “hope.”
no subject
But then, I understand why it had to be this way, because, without that level of despair, without that sort of deep loss, we would never reach the potential heights we have now!
[He doesn’t think to back away, or watch her particularly closely. Not that he wasn’t paying attention, but, he knew there was no point. He was a sickly man with little defensive capabilities. If she wanted to kill him it was up to fate to decide.]
no subject
Junko’s despair will never disappear. Even if I...Even I’m dead in the world that I came from, I can soak this place in my sister’s despair.
[Again, Mukuro doesn’t look entirely sure of her words...but she looks down at herself, at her hands, and her expression starts to shift into something a little more dangerous.]
Yeah...That’s what I’ll do. There is no other purpose for me but to become a vessel for her despair, a weapon through and through.
You can play your games, but it doesn’t matter to me. It won’t change anything.
no subject
[He wondered if this world could fall into despair even with more effort, but, it didn't matter. He waved his hand dismissively, he was unimpressed with her conviction.]
no subject
At least I am good at something. [Her eyes narrow dangerously.]
You are nothing. You are worthless. You were worthless to her then, and you are worthless now. There is nothing you can do. You’re powerless.
I was going to kill you. I still can. Might take a few tries, but I’m very persistent. [The grip on his wrist tightens.]
...But Junko wouldn’t want that. Junko would make sure that something far worse happened to you.
[And she lets go of him. There’s nothing for it. If she killed him here, he’d just come back, spouting on about hope.]
Of all of the people to be stuck with, of course it’s you.
