I don't know if it's mediocre television, but I like watching the Prismamon series. It's clearly aimed at a younger audience, but wholesome shows like that are relaxing, and I already play the games.

A game where you get a team of cute animals with elemental powers, and you save the world together while growing stronger as a team. It's adorable.

What do you watch instead?

Generally, I find myself watching various competitive shows culminating in a monetary prize.

I like some of those, although some of them place a bit too much emphasis on the interpersonal drama for my tastes. Do you watch the Great Lunatian Bake-Off?

I have not. [he fuckin loves the drama] I imagine it is what it sounds like? Baking?

Exactly! There are multiple rounds with both creative and technical challenges, and even though people do get eliminated every episode, it's a very relaxing show to watch. And it makes me want to do more baking of my own.
