[Lunatia's resident centaur lady is back on screen, starting out her post with her customary bow and smile.]
Hello, everyone! It's been a while since my last "post", I feel like there's probably so many new people here now...
My name is Konoha... If you don't know me yet, I'm a jinba... Or a "centaur" if you want! ... I'm from Tateyama in Japan, but lots of people say I'm from the past or that jinba don't exist, so I guess that's not very helpful? Anyway-
[She twirls the camera around, giving a panoramic view of the bucolic Tsurugi Farmstead and a large palomino centaur working in one of the fields before coming back to her face after she accidentally focuses on her front hooves.]

My husband and I run Tsurugi Farmstead in the Greatmoon Groves, and we're hoping to hire a few more extra hands to help out during harvests and planting! Which, um... Happens way more than I'm used to in my world, so...
[No one point out why that might be...]
You don't have to have experience farming, but you do need to be willing to work hard. It's not easy to work the earth, you know! It wouldn't be an every day sort of job, just a few days here and there throughout the month, but we pay in chroma money at the end of each day. And on days you work, you can take home a small basket of the harvest for yourself, and I'll provide lunch for free!
I guess I should use this chance to say that we also deliver, if you're looking for fresh vegetables and rice for yourself or your own business! Or you can find us on weekends at the green market... Wait, I feel like I'm forgetting something... Oh!
[As if remembering, she pulls out a piece of paper from the bear pelt tied around her "waist", checking it with a squint. Right-]
Also, my neighbors said I should mention that everything we grow here is... "organic". Apparently that's popular!
Thank you for your time, everyone! If you want to sign up for work or you have any questions, I'll answer you here, okay? And if you know where I can find a priest or priestess to bless the rice fields before planting, let me know, please!

[ If there’s no taro, that probably means no imoni, either. She’ll try again later in the year! ]
Oh, no! You needn’t go to any trouble. If I may, though, what is it you’re tending to currently?
no subject
[Hmmm... She's going to get this, though!]
Right now? We've got... let's see... potatoes and carrots... radishes and leeks... and some loquats!
no subject
[ It’s Complicated, like that weird relationship status on Prismabook. ]
I’ve never had a loquat before! What might you be able to make with them?
no subject
[The concept at least makes sense, so!! She's just going to roll with it.]
Mostly I just eat them as is... but you could also make a jam or sweets out of them!
no subject
I can bring some bread for you as well! I’m sure it’d be lovely with a vegetable soup—or even some loquat jam!
no subject
[It's not the religion she's familiar with, but... so what!]
Oh, I like bread! It's really filling in a different way than rice... that would be nice!
sorry for the wait ma'am your uber eats driver has arrived
Once she makes it to the entranceway, Ophilia has to stop for a moment, in awe of building’s interior. It has a rustic charm she appreciates, given how everything else around here is all flashing lights and technology. How lucky Konoha and her husband are to be able to live in a place like this! ]
Konoha? It’s Sister Ophilia.
[ She’s mindful of the fact that it’s probably rude to waltz in without anybody’s permission, but with how much food she has on her, her muscles are starting to get sore. One after the other, she hoists the baskets onto what looks like a bench—or is it a step? She’s not familiar with the architecture—with a huff. ]
May I come in?
omg... now im just sad uber eats doesn't deliver here
Her favorite thus far... muffins with berries in them.
Another of her favorite things... House guests!]
Miss Ophilia?
[Or- wait, should she say "Sister", too? The sound of hooves on wood announces her approach, and Konoha's head peeks out from the main room around the rain doors of the home left wide open to let in sunlight and a breeze to where Ophilia has deposited her baskets on the low step leading up to either the veranda or into the house, depending on your direction of choice. Wiping her hands on her apron, she dips into a bow and straightens with a smile.]
Please, come in- Thank you for coming out all this way... Let me take these for you!
[She gestures for her to leave her shoes and step up onto the raised flooring, bending down if Ophilia lets her to pick up the heavy looking (for a human) baskets as easily as if picking up pieces of laundry.]

[ … hers, but Ophilia’s train of thought veers in the complete opposite direction once Konoha trots in.
Oh.
The jinba thing isn’t an issue; Ophilia’s seen both her and her husband in full before, and even if she hadn’t, Konoha doesn’t affect any real threat. It’s that she’s much, much, much bigger than a camera makes her out to be. The step up from the ground doesn’t help, of course, but Ophilia barely makes it up to Konoha’s stomach. The dumbstruck look on her face speaks to her surprise. ]
Gracious! I’m so sorry. Have I brought enough for you?
[ Now that she’s able to see Konoha in all her seven foot not-centaur glory, she’s worried she won’t have enough bread for one jinba, let alone two. ]
no subject
Mmm, delicious.]
It's plenty enough for a snack, you don't have to worry about that.
[Lowering the basket again, she pats her upper stomach... and then her flank, laughing lightly.]
Two stomachs, ehe...
[It was totally an amount intended as just snacks, right? Right?]
no subject
I’ll keep that in mind for when I next visit.
[ How she’ll manage bringing enough food to fill two stomachs will have to be a problem for future Ophilia. The Ophilia of the present turns out towards the pastures, lined from end-to-end with crops of various shapes and sizes. That’s a good deal of land to have to pray for. ]
There seem to be a lot of people working out in the fields today. Do you often need this many people to help with your harvest?
no subject
[And guests shouldn't ever be expected to bring more than snacks or drinks- proper meals should be provided by the host!
Following Ophilia's gaze out to the fields, to a much large palomino and a slimmer black jinba, to several human-shaped field hands and one that... was definitely a wolf person, Konoha can't help but let out a sheepish sound, scratching behind her ear.]
I accidentally hired a bit too many, honestly... But more people than I thought wanted to try their hand at working the earth, I didn't want to say "no"... I just ask them to come once a week or so when we need help harvesting or planting, so I think as long as I keep an eye on the timing it might work out...
[She and her husband had moved out of the city and deep into the Groves to escape, to feel more comfortable in this strange world... So she hadn't had it in her to deny anyone who seemed to want to do the same.]

How wonderful it must be to have so many people to call upon for help! I can see how it might be troublesome, though.
[ Having to reach out for priests and priestesses to bless their crops as often as they plant and harvest them sounds like a task, too. She looks to Konoha with just the solution. ]
If it’d be of help, I can teach you some simple prayers we offer on my continent: ones for plentiful harvests, and perhaps ones to wish your workers well, too. That way, you needn’t worry about asking for more help—you can do it yourself!
