[Lunatia's resident centaur lady is back on screen, excitedly trying to... set her network device up somewhere where it can actually get all of a rather large frame into the shot. Not that she waits to start talking.]

Greetings, everyone! I didn't realize it's been months since I last used this for "posting"... There's probably so many new people, so, um, very quickly- If you don't know me, my name is Konoha! I'm a jinba... Or a "centaur" if you want! And oh, that's my husband, Gonta... and our friend, Mikuni! Say hello, you two!

[Catching sight of the other jinba behind her pausing in their field work, she moves the camera to show a large palomino fellow (Gonta) who gives a gruff nod and semi-wave, and an elegant ebony-coated gentleman? (Mikuni) who dips into a more proper bow with a little smile.]

We run the Tsurugi Farmstead in the Greatmoon Groves! There was a lot of damage when it flooded before, but thanks to everyone's efforts we're back up and running properly... and we've had our first fall harvest!

So... as a bit of a thank you, and also maybe to celebrate not dealing with those awful nightmares anymore, I thought we could have a hotpot party here by the river? In my village we usually make imoni in the autumn, it's so delicious! It's full of beef and taro root and leeks and konnyaku... Mmm!

[She finally gets the device set up properly and trots back into frame properly, obviously excited by the invitation she's making.]

Cordis is almost over, right? So now seems like a good time before Iris shows up... But if you have a Cordis appetite, don't worry! We'll supply all the imoni... or, the ingredients, anyway, it's more fun if you cook it outside with everyone. We also have fresh sweet potatoes, pumpkin, new rice... oh, and persimmons!

But if you want to share anything, feel free to bring your own dish, too! Let's say... tomorrow? I'll send directions for anyone who hasn't visited before, alright?

I've been Sanguis for almost a year, but last month that changed and it's terrible. It's just more than a week of being unable to fully concentrate on anything.

Hello, everyone! It's been a while since my last "post", I feel like there's probably so many new people here now...

My name is Konoha... If you don't know me yet, I'm a jinba... Or a "centaur" if you want! ... I'm from Tateyama in Japan, but lots of people say I'm from the past or that jinba don't exist, so I guess that's not very helpful? Anyway-

[She twirls the camera around, giving a panoramic view of the bucolic Tsurugi Farmstead and a large palomino centaur working in one of the fields before coming back to her face after she accidentally focuses on her front hooves.]

My husband and I run Tsurugi Farmstead in the Greatmoon Groves, and we're hoping to hire a few more extra hands to help out during harvests and planting! Which, um... Happens way more than I'm used to in my world, so...

[No one point out why that might be...]

You don't have to have experience farming, but you do need to be willing to work hard. It's not easy to work the earth, you know! It wouldn't be an every day sort of job, just a few days here and there throughout the month, but we pay in chroma money at the end of each day. And on days you work, you can take home a small basket of the harvest for yourself, and I'll provide lunch for free!

I guess I should use this chance to say that we also deliver, if you're looking for fresh vegetables and rice for yourself or your own business! Or you can find us on weekends at the green market... Wait, I feel like I'm forgetting something... Oh!

[As if remembering, she pulls out a piece of paper from the bear pelt tied around her "waist", checking it with a squint. Right-]

Also, my neighbors said I should mention that everything we grow here is... "organic". Apparently that's popular!

[ JUST AFTER TRIPLE MOONS END: It took him asking a Lunatian co-worker in the Moon Knights to figure out how to keep a message from a few specific IDs: thus Shi Qingxuan, Xie Lian, and Hua Cheng aren't able to view this transmission.

His hand falls away from the camera and he smiles at it, sitting back and tucking a loose lank of hair behind his ear. His bangs are a long mess across his forehead and framing his face anyway; really, he could stand a haircut. ]

Hey, my name's Inuzuka Shino, and I'm asking for your help and guidance today.

[ He briefly bows to the camera from his seated position. Straightening up, his hair's all framing his face again, a mess. ]

I'm trying to set up a romantic date for two of my most important friends here, but I don't really know what's good outside of good food, so... Something that's not related to a lot of technology, that's nature appreciating, I think that'd be good? If anyone has suggestions on stuff like that, I'd be thankful to hear from you.

[Kanji pulls away from the device and into view with a sigh; he's dressed down with a sleeveless and a towel over his shoulders- his hair was still a little damp, so we're fresh out of the shower and ready to roll.]

...Uhh, so, I was gonna make a video when I was a dragon and had kinduva thing put together, right? But I got all tied up and couldn't get around to it in time.

[He shrugged and scratched his head, but then all movement stopped as he started turning pink.]

Tied up- no, shit n-not like that! Delete, delete, I don't... rrgh-!

[The camera is jostled as he quickly fetches the device and his fingers mash at the screen for a few seconds. The feed goes black, and that may as well be that.

Only the video begins again about ten minutes later. Kanji is scowling, arms folded, his face red. It looks like he didn't know how to delete anything, but won't breathe a word about it. He had a video to make, god damn it.]

...Yo. Look at these, a'right?

[A short, moody sigh (deep breaths, deep breaths... being Sanguis was pretty hard when your temper was already short), but he turns the camera to his coffee table. On the surface were small knit dolls, needle-felted critters, two neatly-rolled blankets, and a set of knit gloves with a matching scarf and hat.]

The holidays are comin' up as well as a new year of birthdays, so I'm offering what I can do! I can make dolls, clothes, blankets, and a little bit of charms n' smaller pieces of jewelry to give as gifts in time for Christmas or whatever. Need somethin' handmade? I'm your man.

I work fast, and I take demichroma. Chroma, too, b-but like... hugs n' handshakes...!

[He looks away, ruffles the back of his neck.]

Hello, everyone! My name is Konoha... I'm a jinba, or a "centaur" if you want... I'm from Echigo in Japan, but lots of people say I'm from the past...

[She's just going to do the same introduction every time, counting off details on her fingers to make sure she gets all the good points... there's too many people on this thing and she doesn't check it enough to keep track... oops. Anyway-]

I wanted to ask people some questions about food! My husband and I have set up a little farmstead, but the crops are growing, um, way faster than they really ought to be... [we're just going to speed past the blush] and it's not like we actually have to work for money here, so I was thinking of not just taking the crops to market but... serving meals at the house? Or sending them to people elsewhere in the city? I don't know, but I've met a lot of people here who said they just eat food from the stores, and I know those are really convenient, but it can't be better than a home cooked meal, can it?

[Look at this big turnip! Isn't it healthy looking?! Don't you just want to eat it?? Konoha smiles, making the root vegetable dance around the screen.]

So... can I ask you some questions about what sort of food you like? Or what kind of things you miss from your home? Maybe what they make in your country with vegetables? If you give me some of your time, I'll send you some fresh ones as a "thank you"-

[One last bow... and she and the turnip sign off.]

[Those who know Lunatia's local centaur lady will probably recognize Konoha's face as the video cuts in... way too close up at first. But thankfully she pulls it away from her, and, with a few taps on the lens with her finger, turns it to reveal... another centaur! A much bigger, buffer, and male centaur, but yeah, that sure is a sweaty fellow with a bunch of lumber?]

Gonta! Here you go, it's working now! All you have to do is talk to it as if you were talking to actual people.

[For a moment, Gonta squints at it with his one good eye. And all of Lunatia gets to enjoy an eyeful of nearly shirtless buff sweaty one-eyed horseman with a large plank of wood over one shoulder.]

Uh...

[He was about to talk, but it suddenly feels awkward. He isn't sure... is this people? This is so surreal... but his eye just goes for Konoha and he clears his throat, trying to compose himself.]

So... uh... the machine things. They stopped working well when those jellyfish came. I smashed some. And the Prismals took the rest away. Uh...

[By the great mountain, this is so awkward. He scratches the back of his hair. The video sways a little in Konoha's grasp, and a little "Mmm, that's good! Now you just have to ask!" can be heard before- oops, there's some fingers in the shot, don't mind that.]

Alright, alright...

[Gonta composes himself, straightening his back, looking every bit a majestic, strong jinba with a long piece of hard wood.]

Without the machine things around, we need help to complete our new home and farmstead! I'm hoping to get this all done before the month ends. I'll be hoping for your assistance.

[And he bows respectfully towards the camera. The camera bows too???? Until Konoha remembers she's holding it and so her bowing too probably isn't a good idea, straightening back up and turning it around way too close to her face again.]

We'll pay you some, of course! And I'll make meals so you don't have to worry about that, either!

[One more bow and the feed cuts out halfway through Konoha's "Good job, Go-"]

[ Shino gets the camera rolling, and backs up, leaning forward and looking to where the light is, leaving him looking off camera. ]

The blinking light means it's on, right? [ He breathes out in a huff, straightening up and reaching for the table at his side. His fingers linger there, pressed against barely visible pieces of paper. ] Okay, so I don't know how to show pictures I've drawn except like this, and I have a few people that aren't here but might show up sometime, so if anyone sees them, I'd appreciate you letting me know.

( For MS Paint drawings of his canonmates, read on! )

[ All the pictures are now back on the table, and a crow, who had been off camera for most this, hops in camera and starts prodding at the drawings while Shino addresses the camera. ]

[ He smiles, waving at the camera, as the crow picks up a drawing and attempts to fly away, over the camera, leading to Shino darting forward, hitting his comm, sending it flopped flat to film darkness as he calls out for Murasame to drop that, don't eat the drawing, you stupid bird, and then a fumbling click as the feed finally ends. ]

Hello! I'm terribly sorry to bother all of you again, but- For those who don't know me, my name is Konoha... I'm a jinba, which some of you call a "centaur"... but I'm not from, um, Greece, or anywhere like that. I'm from Echigo, in Japan.

[straightening back up, her fingers start to twist together a bit anxiously, a bit of a blush barely visible beneath dark skin]

I just wanted to ask... and I know I can only ask, but. My, ah... my husband arrived here just recently, and this place is... I don't think I can really explain in words how overwhelming it is compared to where we come from.

And that's- My parents are human, I've always been around them, but he's mostly been in the deep mountains since he was young, so all these people...

I just want to ask that, if you see him lost, or... upset, somewhere... Could you please contact me? I don't really look at the "posts" on this thing much but I promise I'll always answer calls!

His name is Gonta, and... well, he's the only other jinba here, I'm pretty sure. He's about three or four hands taller than me, with palomino coat and white socks, and he has a patch over one eye... You really, really can't miss him.

And now that all of the sprouting ears and tails business is over with...

[Among many other effects but whatever. She's adjusting and perhaps at a pace far more speedily than she really ought to be in all the wrong aspects. Ears and tails? That's okay. Thinking about not seeing Toby again for a long while? That's harder. The video tilts and moves a bit as Sarah settles her device a good enough distance away that she can more or less talk to it somewhat casually.

Once she's finally happy with that she leans back in her chair, bearing a mug between her hands. Steam rises off of it just a little and she completely looks like she's settling in for a nice chat with a friend here.]

So I'm not exactly well versed in video over networks and things like that but if I'm going to be here a while, might as well jump straight in. So in an effort to just get to know some of you and maybe satiate my curiosity at the same time, why don't you share a story with me?

[She pauses a moment to blow across the top of her mug, scattering the steam out of view of the camera for a second or so before she elaborates further.]

It can be anything you like. A personal story, a fairy tale, something you heard here or elsewhere, whatever. I'm not picky here.

[Maybe she will be in the future but for now she's feeling somewhat lonesome and stories have always been a way for her to outrun that particular emotion.]

I've never really shopped before, and I haven't seen any locals quite like me, so if you know somewhere that does... I don't know, tailoring? Or a restaurant with really big seats or tall tables?
