I know this question has likely been asked more than once. BUT! How does anyone deal with Iris? 😬

I've been Sanguis for almost a year, but last month that changed and it's terrible. It's just more than a week of being unable to fully concentrate on anything.

i recommend hard work! is good to focus on not heat. cold bath when too hot to work hard.

It was easier to manage. Especially once I started turning into a dragon.

Minus the whole actually being a dragon part or being too big to fit in the apartment.

I can't spend all my time taking cold baths.

maybe SANGUIS is different for woman... i no know, but SANGUIS man around i get much restless and hard to manage some time.

everyone different so hard to guess... but you can. do other thing. should not stay in bath all day, cold bath is to shock and refresh, short dip.
