I know this question has likely been asked more than once. BUT! How does anyone deal with Iris? 😬

I've been Sanguis for almost a year, but last month that changed and it's terrible. It's just more than a week of being unable to fully concentrate on anything.

When I was an Ostella for a week, I found getting Chroma and having company helped. Then I found someone to have sex with later, but at least the Chroma made things less distracting and I stopped considering people I would be embarrassed to sleep with when in my right mind.
