I want to learn about meditation
I'm considering it for Sanguis

Give me anger-management ideas if you have any
Something that isn't punching people

Thanks.

I meditate at least once a day if you'd like to join me.

To be fair, I've had years of self training. I did struggle when I first started out, though. It helps if you take it a little bit at a time. Start slow, don't try to go for long stretches of time and instead try in small increments. I've also been told by others that things such as white noise or relaxing, quiet music can assist in reaching a calm state easier.

I can help with that. More than just meditation, I mean.

Not in the way the Prismals expect you to, that is.

[Understandably.]

I have an ability called Tranquility that can calm emotions and has helped me deal with my own moonblessings since I arrived. I'm capable of using it on other people as well.

It's not bad.

[Excuse you his Semblance is perfectly fine!

Even if the time and situation it activated in for him did likely lead to some emotional stunting growing up...]

Magic how it's known in a lot of other worlds doesn't exist in Remnant. What we have are Semblances - individual and unique abilities that have to be unlocked and can often be strengthened with training.

It's fine. I offer help where I can but I would never force someone to take it.
