Accept that you have those feelings.
That is the best advice one can give to any strong emotion such as anger, or fear.
Once they have been accepted, it is easier to identify the things that make them come.

When I am able to convince myself that I feel sad, I like to listen to the music box I was gifted over the winter celebration.
Perhaps you can do something similar, when you find yourself feeling angry.
