[ The video starts with a blank screen and a muffled sound. The one operating it has yet to get used to such technology. After a little blackness, the screen focuses on the Firbolg. His skin is a sickly grey fuzz, drawn in around the cheeks, a little unhealthily thin but not gaunt. He smiles, both his eyes and the shock of mohawk hair are a very natural-looking pink. When he finally speaks, his voice is has a very low, relaxing timbre to it. ]

Oh, hey there. Is this on? Am I sending or however this works?

[ Turning his comm around a few times until he was back in the frame. ]

I eh, let's start again, shall we? My Name is Mister Clay, Caduceus Clay and I just wanted to offer my services to anyone in need really.

[ Oh God, he's not used to public speaking. This is kind of terrifying. ]

Well, healing magic is my forte, among other things. So, like, yea. If anyone needs any healing or their mind calmed, oh, I can also do that too, calm you. I'll uh, I'll be around and willing to help out. I've heard these moons do strange things to folk, wouldn't want anyone hurting when they don't need to.

[ He pauses for a long moment. Contemplating ending it there before finally adding. ]

Oh, um and, one more thing... If you've seen anything, anyone dying or dead around the place... Give me a shout? I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

[ She smiles and nods. She understands completely. She struggled with something similar question when she arrived, what's a nature goddess to do in a world like this? ]

Though, if I may ask, why do you need dead or dying things? [ She remembers what he told her before but what does he plan to do with such things? ]

[ Giving her a nod, that kind smile ever-present on his lips. ]

Hm? Oh, yea. Well, I don't want to seem selfish or anything, but my supplies are running kinda low.

[ Tea, Persephone, he's talking about making tea out of them. ]

Er, yeah... I'll try.

[ She's a bit of a hypocrite as she's terrible at looking after herself. ]

I'm...sorry? [ She squints at the screen. ] You supply of what exactly?

Tea leaves, of course, what else would I be harvesting from them?

[ His tone is amused. He's never really been one to lie, not very good at it. ]</small. Ah, I could also use as much mulch as possible. For the shrooms.

[ She didn't know what she expected him to say but she seems relieved it wasn't something too weird. ]

I think I might be able to help you with the mulch.

[ He smiled and chuckled, he was still getting use to people's reactions towards him and his interesting ways. ]

I'd appreciate all the help I can get,chief not at the expense of someone else's chroma.

I'll bring by some stuff sometime after the Triple Moon. We'll get you a proper compost heap going.

[ She's sure she can get together some some good compostable items from the farmstead when she goes to visit. ]

[ He accepts graciously, though he has no worry that he can't make mulch or create a compost heap. He's just having to get used to doing this all in a house is all. He's used to the Temple and the graveyard and the garden in the Xhorhaus has plenty of composting room. ]

The Triple Moon? Wow, I bet that's a sight to see.

[ Persephone will be happy to help him figure it out. She's had to figure it out since moving to Olympus and would have one here but her apartment isn't really made for that. ]

I suppose it is kind of pretty. But it also means that all three of the moons are in effect.

[ Well, he assumes she welcome whenever at their garden, considering she helped to grow it and all. It's only fair really. ]

That's a bad thing, right? All three at once?

[ He's yet to experience his own moon, let alone all three. Wish him good luck. ]

I suppose it could be. I live alone and stay locked up in my apartment so I don't do something I'll regret so I can't really say.

I'm sure you'll be okay since you have everyone in that house there to help you out.

Yea, y'know, I'm hearing a lot of folks say they just lock themselves up.

[ He still doesn't know how he's going to feel, what's going to happen and how people are going to react. But she's right. He has a house full of friends. He's feeling pretty lucky at the moment. ]

[ A frown passes momentairly over her features before it's replaced with a small smile. ]

Thank you but it's probably better that I continue to isolate during Sanguis. I've already made the mistake of being around someone else during it and I ended up making a mess of things.

I dunno, if you've noticed but eh, clearing up messes, is kind of my thing.

[ He chuckled. Okay, sure so decomposing stuff and healing people wasn't exactly 'mess clearing' but his intentions were true. Caduceus was great at comforting others, calming them and if he had to be, being the one they lashed out at. ]

I kinda thought you replying to this message, was your way of reaching out for help.

I'm not sure there's any way to really clear up this mess. Thank you, though.

[ She smile apologetically. ]

No, I just wanted to see how you're doing and ask about the dead things.

[ He smiles brighter than before. No one ever wants to know about dead things. Wasn't that just delightful!? ]

Really? No way. That's, that's really cool of you. Dead things are my deal, I'd happily show you how to make tea from them or even how to see what died where and how.

[ You're opening a box of worms here, be careful. ]

[ That wasn't what she meant, actually, but he seems so delighted that she'd feel rude turning him down. ]

Can only make tea from dead things? I thought you could just grow it from the earth like many other plants.

[ He really is delighted. Mistaken delight. Don't break his heart. ]

Ah, well, sure you can grow it. But the properties of the people you can grow tea from are just so unique, y'know?

[ Growing tea from a bush was one thing but growing tea from a person who had lived and died a certain way? That was something else. ]

[ She will certainly try not to. She looks a little confused by that explanation. ]

I won't lie, that sounds a little strange. Though I suppose it's not much different from the way fruits and vegetables change depending on the soil they're grown in.
