Apparently some places won't pierce the ears of people being influenced by Cordis. They wouldn't even listen when I told them I'd been considering it for a while.

So, since those places are stubborn, does anywhere know somewhere good to get your ears pierced?

Maybe take a deep breath and plan for when you're more human? I don't know how piercing works when you change too...

I also didn't know you wanted piercings. Any reason why?

A couple reasons. Partly it's because I know people like Shido would hate it.

But there's also the fact that I've seen a lot of body jewelry that I really like. I want to have the option to wear it, even if it's only while I'm here.

Don't do things just to piss Shido off, that just means he's still affecting you.

Well I do know some jewellery can just be hanged on too. Less piercing. Might work well for your ears now that I think about it.

I don't just mean him specifically, I mean all the conservative old assholes who want everyone to be the same.

And I did say that was only one reason. I wouldn't be seriously considering it if I didn't actually want to wear the jewelry to go with it.

That does sound like a good idea if ear piercings don't stick. Or even if they do, I bet some earrings and hanging chains would look really good together.

I plan on it. There's nothing stopping me here, and I can just take the jewelry out when I need to back home.

And...it feels good to be able to make a decision about my appearance because I like it, instead of because I think other people will.
