[the feed starts up with a very bubby, busty blonde bouncing onto the screen, all smiles as she waves to the camera, showing off very little of her aparment and more of her assets. but she's relatively quick to fix the angle of the shot, and laughs lightly.]

I'm Milly Ashford, the self-titled Miss Moonlace, and all around fun girl, and I'd like to invite all of you to a party I'm going to be hosting in a couple months. Seems pretty far out, but you don't know how much time planning a big event takes! And I'd like for you all to be able to look your very best-- you'll thank me later for it.

I think one of the most interesting parts of this planet is our moonblessings, and how we transform into incredible and beautiful beings because of the moons. I came from the spaceship Lagunbiru, and the Britannian Empire before that, and we had nothing like this in either place. I'm excited to learn more about it and experience all the moons have to offer, and more than that, I REALLY want to celebrate it. So you all are invited to a moonblessing masquerade, hosted by yours truly! More details will be given the closer I get to it, but it won't be held during the moons, just so you can be whatever blessing you want! I think that'll be pretty fun, don't you?

[the angle of the camera changes to show a bit more below her neck, and she leans in a bit closer, pouting ever so slightly.] But see, I don't have quiiiiite enough Chroma for all my plans, but I will! However, if you'd like to help a girl get a little kickstart, I'm not opposed to any of it. [there's a wink for the camera, and she blows a kiss for good measure, making sure to highlight her best traits.

but as fast as she plays with the camera, she's just as fast to straighten up and give a little salute.] Hope to hear from you all soon with your RSVPs and ideas! I really hope no one has thrown anything like this recently, or I'll have to start from square one... [should've thought of that earlier. hmm. oh well. and with that she gives a little shrug and laugh, waving goodbye as she turns off the feed.]

That's quite alright, you don't need to speak to me or treat me any differently than you would anyone else.

I don't really have a place in the world so I'd like to help out where I can. And a bunch of pretty flowers at an event like this would certainly make people happy.

[ There's a short pause as she glances around at all the greenery in her apartment. If anything it makes the place feel even smaller than it already is. ]

It's...okay. My name, Persephone, will do.

Wow, that's really sweet of you. You're like... the people's kind of princess! That can only mean we'll love you more and more until you're the absolute favourite.

["i don't really have a place in the world" strikes her a little too harshly for her liking, tears right into her heart in a way that is familiar. it's a poison dart, one she can't just pluck out, but it pushes her to reach out across the phone line.]

You can find a place with me! You've got an amazing power, Miss Persephone, and using it to help make people happy is the best thing you can do. Frankly, you don't even need me, but I want to help you in return for what you're doing for me.

Oh, um... [ She lets out a soft laugh. She's glad she's sticking to voice because she can feel her cheeks burning. She's so enthusiastic Persephone's not sure how to respond to her.

It's true in her mind. As a goddess with a very niche set of skills, she's had a difficult time finding a place she belongs in this world. ]

Thank you. I don't mind doing it just for the sake of helping out.

A-and you just Persephone is okay.

Alright. Just Persephone it is, then. So, Just Persephone [ugh, a dad joke? from her? the worst.] what are your favourite flowers and plants to grow? I want you to have the most fun possible with this. And maybe it'll help me develop more of a vision, you know?

[she's already got the first task ready, and her mind is already whirring, thinking of all the different colour combinations they could go for. but whatever persephone likes is exactly what they're working with.]

[ There's a soft groan from her end. Though she is surprised this is the first time someone's done that. ]

I'm not particularly picky about flowers but I am known for my roses.

[there's a snicker from her, but not too loud, lest she offend her new comrade in this endeavour.]

Oh, I love roses! Red for romance, pink for sweet love, white for innocence... blue for the fun of it! I'm particular to yellow roses myself. How do you feel about daffodils?

I'm partial to pink roses myself. They were the first flower I ever created.

Daffodils? Those are the yellow ones that kind of look like a teacup on a saucer right? They're lovely. [ And probably doesn't exist in her world yet because ~mythology~. ]

They're beautiful, and I bet yours are the most gorgeous of all. Pink, purple, and gold might look good together, don't you think? [just an idea for colour schemes! the party will look phenomenal with persephone's touch, that's for certain.] I really want to feature your roses if you're making them.

And they are! Teacup on a saucer... That's the cutest way of describing them. My, my. Not only are you a talented florist, but a wordsmith too! [she laughs lightly, but it's not meant to be anything but a compliment. now she'll never see them as anything but pretty yellow teacups.] But those are my favourite. My family used to have a garden with them in it, but I'm sure those can't compare to your creations.

Hmmm, I've never tried to make gold roses before. [ She's sure she could do it if she tried though. ] The three together would certainly look lovely, though I'm not particularly fond of purple.

[ There's a little laugh of her own. ] It's what they remind me of and honestly the best description I can think of. They might not be as elegant as say a rose or a lily but they're still quite lovely.

No purple? It's one of my favourites-- [you see, there's a boy with violet eyes] --but then again, all colours are my favourite! I just can't pick one, you know? How about pink and coral and yellow and warmer tones? A summer celebration might look nice that way!

The House of Ashford has used daffodils as one of our symbols for as long as I can remember, at least. By your description, it certainly suits us! [she laughs, earnestly.] Not so elegant, but still, not bad to look at! You must be from a house of lilies and roses, maybe dahlias or magnolias. I think those are all lovely flowers, for a lovely lady.

Well, that's okay if it's one of your favourite colours. It's just not mine. [ Because there's a boy that's a total asshole that happens to be the colour of a grape. ]

Summery colours would probably be better for such a celebration.

[ Oh, gee, she's blushing. ] Actually we're better known for the barley and wheat we grew.

You're right, no purple then. What's your favourite colour? Is it pink? [because of those pink roses! right?]

Barley and wheat? That's pretty cool! I'm no farmer myself, but a beer can go a long way with me. [she chuckles.] Is that what you grow it for? Brewing? Or are you a baking family?

I do really like pink but I think blue might be my favourite. [ One particular shade of blue that matches a certain King of the Underworld. ]

A lot of crops were grown for the purpose of brewing but my mother also had factors that created cereal and other such products.

Blue is a good choice too! one of my favourites! [girl, you just said they're all your favourite...]

Ah, multitasking. Gotta eat well so you can party longer. Don't I know that! [she laughs.] But I think that's amazing. Your mother... She's a goddess too? Let me guess— Goddess of grain! And maybe the harvest?

That's a pretty good guess.

Really? Huh, lucky me. And what about your father? Is he the god of nature or something?

I don't have a father.

Oh! I'm sorry. [oops.] I forgot that gods and goddesses don't work the same way as us mortals.

It's nothing to be sorry about. Some gods are born just as mortals are, some are created. I just happen to fall into the latter category along with my mother and her sisters.
