[ His eyes widen a little about it. His head cants to the side as he looks at the doctor carefully. ]

It's a very unlucky number, honestly. I feel sorry for it since it has so many bad connotations related to it. However, it doesn't seem to mind it... and fed off these ideas. The number itself is very scary in that respect.

[ He makes a small gesture with his hand to indicate those kind of connotations. ]

So... I can't help but be a little worried that's the number that you are deciding on, doctor.

[There's a pause, and then... Danny starts laughing, hand against his chest from the force of it.]

Wow, then that does make it the perfect number to go with here! Seeing as I'm pretty sure I've died after an awful amount of bad luck, based on what I last remember of home right now.

[ Fukuda pauses for a second before reaching his hand out to lightly set his hand on Danny's shoulder. ]

Did it hurt?

Well... it certainly hurt at first when I was struck across the back with a scythe, and then later shot in the stomach... and then I was shot again about an hour later with a crossbow a few times, and then I think I finally gave out after the ceiling came down from the fire happening at the time!

[... So yeah, his death was painful and very unpleasant.]

[ He decides that he is going to keep his hand on Danny's shoulder to offer support to him. ]

You really fought hard to live, doctor. [ He's nailing this comfort. ]
