I might have ranked it initially at a 4 or 6 maybe when I first arrived several months ago, but the longer I've been here, the lower the number has become.

Honestly, I'd probably give it a high 8 for 'kidnapping in general' - it's only not higher because if you're talking about our situation here it feels less like a kidnapping and more like a freak accident.

I was, indeed, talking about that! It's kind of surprising that a few people were in an unfortunate situation before coming to this world. I wonder if subconsciously those people called out, "I don't want to be here anymore." Perhaps, that is why you and those like you were chosen?

Being kidnapped here during monthly crazy times and then they do something to us? That depends on what they do but somewhere between 6-10 maybe.

Being brought here by being kidnapped from my world to this world if I don't count those times along with it? Well, despite what I said about it above in general, I don't actually hate this at all. So I'd say 0 but you said from 1-10, so guess I'll say 1 to that. Wouldn't even call this a kidnapping, more like a vacation with some bad times in it but that may be just me.
