I don't know how to fight. But that comes up a lot and I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should learn.

If you're concerned about hurting others during Sanguis, sparring is a good outlet for that aggression.

I'm an avid reader, and it's hard not to come across references to Greek myth and legends, at least in Western literature.

Oh, that would be Setsubun, when you throw roasted beans out the house door to symbolically drive away evil spirits.
