[ There's a new voice over the comm devices today, one that clearly belongs to a singer thanks to the odd lilt to certain notes. ]

Please forgive the interruption...Has anyone experienced something new happen to their bodies as of today?

Specifically....has anyone lain eggs courtesy of the last few days?

Not particularly, no. I would also not expect plants to hatch from the shells.

I honestly don't know what to say....

I wish I could say it is the strangest thing I have experienced.

[ But he can't, and doesn't particularly feel like lying about it. ]

What could possibly be stranger than laying an egg?

The Sun and Moon coming to life.

[ There's no lie or mockery in his voice. ]

Before, light was only provided by sacred trees, and stars if you were far enough from them. When they died, new lights had to be made and thus the Sun and the Moon were brought into being.

[That definitely seemed strange, he couldn't argue that.]

Did the sun and moon come to be that long ago? Or are you very old?

I am a fairly old elf, yes. By my reckoning, the Sun and Moon rose around four thousand years ago.

[He did not know what an elf was, he could only assume it was some type of immortal or fairy.]

Oh! That is quite impressive! I have never spoken with someone so old. You must have a lot of cultuvation to reach such an age.
