I've been here for a year and I think I may have a little bit of artists' block. I think it might be the summer heat.

When I first got here I got to do some scuba diving. I haven't gotten to do this for awhile and I'd like to give it another try since it's so warm out. It's probably a long shot, but if anyone here is skilled in it, would you mind answering some questions? While I'm sure there are places to learn - it can't hurt to ask here first.

And a few curious questions.

1. Tell me something interesting about the world you were before here. I'm always looking to hear stories from where you're from. So if you have a story you spontaneously want to share, send me a message.
2. An interesting thing you've learned about this world. The Moons and Chroma don't count, I'd bet that's different from most, if not all, places. Something like a hidden gem of a restaurant,
3. What do you do to get inspiration? New location? Where's your favorite place to get inspired here?
4. Where's your favorite place to pick up some new furniture.

That being said, I have the opportunity to set up a permanent studio here, which should prevent my cat** from spilling tea on stuff when he wants attention.

You know, if it were physical everywhere, it'd be pretty convenient.

I try to draw passers by, but it hasn't helped lately. Maybe switching to writing may help.

Physically fighting writer's block is cathartic, I'll admit. How cute! He's so fluffy.

I'd love to fight artist's block. For now, I guess, I'll be combating it in less literal ways.

Looks are deceiving. He's very fluffy and soft, but he's a bastard and unfriendly towards most people. And I don't think he always enjoys my art, either.

Well, I think he can get away with that kind of behavior because he's adorable. I wish I had a cat.

I would love to patronize your fine establishment. How many cats do you have?

Several, many. It fluctuates, but we are always getting strays.

Poor things. I'd like to adopt one, but I'm worried that they wouldn't get along with my roommate's kitsune familiar...

That's a valid concern. Interesting pet, though. Is it from one of things in Lumi's shop?

It is. His name is Watson.

He's... very small.

And cute, I guess, too. A cat would probably beat him up if they didn't like him.

He would go invisible if they were too mean to him. He mostly uses that power to cheat at hide and seek.

Interesting. I'm guessing he's something from here and not from home?

The Ware Wolf shop sells Mesik Spheres that let you summon familiars.

I'll have to check it out.

The familiar species seems based on your moonblessings... so just as a warning, if you're an Iris, you might end up with a horrible goose.

Good to know. I wouldn't risk it if I were an Iris, probably, but I'm Cordis, so non-issue.

I don't think there's anything too bad in the Cordis selection. Cats, kitsunes, and butterflies, I think?

That's all that I know of. And the more standard fox.

Have you ever gotten wings? I haven't, and I'm a little disappointed...

I haven't personally. I'd like to so I can see what it is like, but I know someone who has gotten the butterfly wings.

I know someone who had moth wings for at least one moon... He wasn't very fond of them.

I'd try to fly, because why not, right?

I would too, although I think I remember people asking on the network if flying with moonblessing wings was possible and the verdict being a general 'unlikely'.

I mean, what can it hurt to try? As long as you're not jumping from a roof or something equally stupid.
