Perhaps there is someone here who flies or.. teaches others to fly that may know an answer, here.

I have two young ones that are beginning to spread and flap their wings more and more, so I'm thinking that maybe it's time that they learn how to fly. Or at the very least begin to.

There are some possible avenues I think may be productive so far as beginning their training, but I've also never had to teach anyone to fly.

What is the best way to help them get their wings under them?

... Okay, first question first. Who exactly are you trying to teach to fly?

Two dragonlings we are raising.

Okay, yeah, I'm no help there. I wasn't here last year when everyone was hatching baby dragons.

And I'm pretty sure using Ki to fly isn't going to work for dragonlings. There were people who are still here who were here for that though, so they'd probably be able to help.

I know of an apparition that can help, so I think we are at least on the way to a solution, for them.

Ki to fly is.. interesting, though.

I might be interested to learn but it might not be the best lessons to undertake, right now.

I mean, if you want to learn, I'd be willing to teach you once you have the time. I take it from the way you wrote that that using Ki to fly is not a way people usually use it where you're from?

Demons use their energy in many ways.

Personally, I use mine with fire. Others produce projectiles, but I prefer to be close when I’m inflicting injury.

Huh. That's interesting. Back where I come from, making actual fire with ki isn't a thing that I've seen much of. The projectiles thing is something that's done though, as is enchanting your body to take stronger hits or hit things harder.

And also flying. I don't know a single person who can use ki back home who can't use it to fly. Though I don't have much experience with demons, so I don't know if something's different with demons compared to humans. Or aliens, I guess.

Sounds about right. Plenty of demons use that route for becoming stronger or taking a hit or two.

Aliens?

I know some demons who can fly, but it isn't a ki manipulation so much as they control air n the same way I control fire. Jin could likely fly circles around most of the people here who can fly.

Oh, you know. People from other planets besides Earth?

Anyway, what you're describing also makes sense to me. Honestly, that probably makes more sense than just using ki alone to do it.

For you and using your ki to control fire, is that something you have to do while using it, or is it just something you can do?

Oh. Like how humans thought I was an ET.

I can just do it. I always have been able to, so far as demon world and mortal world flames. The Darkness flame I had to learn and still consciously have to control for the time being.

That, hopefully, will be unnecessary in not too long as well.

That's surprising to hear. I mean, you don't really look any different from a human. Which considering neither do some of the aliens I know back home probably shouldn't mean much but I don't really see why anyone should've thought that about you.

Okay, so your ki use with fire is instinctive for the most part. Which is interesting, if different from what I've experienced with other people back home. [Except maybe not. Goten was able to pick up everything like super quickly and he was what, six? ]

I have a third eye that you can't see through the bandana. I run border patrol between the human and demon worlds, and use the Jagan to erase human memories of demons. Apparently one had a stronger mind than I anticipated.

Demons tend to have certain proclivities from birth that they expand on.

Those who don't tend to just develop their muscles and, generally, get cut down.

... Okay, from that I can kinda see how they'd think you're an alien. Not that having that third eye is something that'd mean that you're an alien or a demon, there's someone back home who has one and he's neither of those.

... And I can't say I'm all that surprised by what you just wrote. It sounds like being a demon is mostly just a life of violence.

The demon world isn't for the weak.

Only those who are strong enough or have someone to protect them, when they are young, will live to be powerful enough to keep living.

... Or they will be grey demons and stupid enough to try anyone they come along. S Class or not.
