I seek those Earthians- Terrans- humans- that are familiar with the year one thousand nine hundred and eighty of your planet. As it is fairly obvious, I am not human, and I am not overly familiar with the body. I wish to know more of the culture during the years surrounding that decade. I've-

I seek to obtain a gift for someone who was on Earth during those years. He enjoys music and has the little box you can obtain, but I am looking for other items. He likes the movie about loose feet with the not literal sticks up the ass and the tale of Davis Husslehog and his talking- [No, not ship. What exactly was it...] Vehicle? What else was popular or akin to those?

Footloose and Knight Rider. Yeah, I know it. I was like three in 1980 exactly, but they were released in uh... '84 and '82 respectively so I still saw them.

[Later than he would have liked because it was insanely difficult to get subtitled or Spanish dubbed VHS for him back then, but he did a lot of catching up on cinema in his teenage years as well.]

I know it takes a while to get things from home from that special shop but I could get you some copies by next month?

Hm. 80's movies... Total Recall was a little later, 1990, but it's still a good one. Evil Dead, Aliens, Labyrinth, Ghostbusters...

[It all means nothing to Gamora. Evil dead? Dead... that is evil? And Aliens would be actual aliens, or? They do seem to have a matter of fact way of naming some things, like Earth.

Well, she can always try them out anyway, as she turns thoughtful.]

I can think of some good ones. I'm not as far out as some other people from Earth that are here but I basically grew up in the 80's and 90's.

Yeah, it's about this like... trickster demon guy. His name has to be called three times for him to show up. It's pretty crazy but like, fun crazy.
