I seek those Earthians- Terrans- humans- that are familiar with the year one thousand nine hundred and eighty of your planet. As it is fairly obvious, I am not human, and I am not overly familiar with the body. I wish to know more of the culture during the years surrounding that decade. I've-

Game consoles, especially during the years you mentioned, are machines that you put in a cartridges...think of them like that little box you mentioned except instead of music, each one contains a single game. [How do you explain games...hmm...] Think of them as interactive movies where you can press buttons and decide what's happening. However back then, the machines were not very powerful, so the games were simple, and very challenging. In my time, we consider these type of games 'nostalgic' there's even a tv show of a famous comedian attempting to finish these old nostalgic classics.
You're in luck too! This world seems to have some technology from that time, mixed with all the modern things.
