[The video props up to Spy, sitting somewhat relaxed on his couch and looking at his device with a small frown. Anyone who knows him shouldn't be surprised that he still has the damn mask on, but he's dressed down into an undershirt, not nearly as sharply-dressed as he's accustomed to being.

Eventually, though, he realizes that his watch is, in fact, recording, and even broadcasting. He's live, baby. He swears in French under his breath and regains proper posture, tidying himself up as he goes and pretends he meant to do that.]

Hello. I realize I have not properly introduced myself to this... network? As of yet. You can call me the Spy. Spy, for short. Or 'Jacques', if neither of those suit you. I have a question for the collective mass out there.

[He pauses, as though realizing his question is a little ridiculous, but he pushes through.]

Has anyone noticed grapes for purchase or harvesting anywhere? Specifically wine grapes, preferably. I've yet to truly investigate, but it's for a project I'd like to pursue in the future.

[As curt as the greeting is, there's an unmistakable fondness in his voice. And, thanks to his technological blunder, a little embarrassment.]

Excellent. It looks like I have another excuse to visit the markets.

I'm not nearly an expert quite yet, but I do have some ideas on how it works.

( See, now, if there's fondness in his tone, she doesn't find it curt at all; she's still smiling, after all. It's almost like they could make eye contact through the lens. )

If you let me know when you go, I wouldn't mind tagging along. I find myself there every few days as it is. My neighbor and I have been trying to learn how to cook.

Is there any part of it you think I could help with...? Even if it's just helping you create the necessary equipment.

I'd be happy to have you along. I've been meaning to cook more as well - if you want advice, I'm willing to provide.

I suppose finding the equipment might be a challenge. And seeing if I need a permit of some kind.

Oh! Could you? I'd love that, quite honestly. I'm no good with cooking.

As for the permit, I suppose just starting for personal production should be fine. I would worry about a permit once you've perfected it and want to expand beyond yourself and whoever you share a bottle with.

And just say when; I'll be sure to meet you there.
