Yes! But- without magic. They are just very tasty and nutritious.

Potions aren't always magic, either. Apothecaries mix up medicinal ones all the time.

Though I wouldn't call any of those tasty.

It's just a snack, something to enjoy. Especially if someone knows how to prepare it! There are a lot of recipes.
