How do you deal with guilt from something you haven't yet done...? Can you atone for it?

Oh, I apologize for the strange questions but I've been wondering somethings lately.

Like have you ever wondered what happens to us when we go home from this place?

Can we change our future with the knowledge we learn here or are we never able to stop our predestined fate?

i'm just gonna hit you up with some straight up knowledge as someone who has gone home and then come back here.
you don't carry any of the memories you make here home, and things will play out the way they're supposed to whether you like it or not
sucks, but that's just like the way it is

as for beating yourself up for things that you haven't really done yet in your timeline, i would say to try and take it easy on yourself y'know?
sometimes things are out of our control, it's hard to accept... but honestly, I doubt you're really a bad person because you're feeling these things right now.

It is not something can take lightly which makes it quite hard to not beat myself up over.

someone close to me has said that you just can't blame yourself for something you can't stop

so it's rather hard to accept it but it looks like i dont have a choice in the matter.

it kind of helps to focus on what you could do while you're here whether it's for others or just a little something for yourself.
