[ The camera is clearly propped up neatly on a desk. He's leaning forward onto the desk, head in his hand as his focus is directly on it. He's wearing red, a rare pick for him, since he knows the white is a bit too much of a tell. And, there's at least a couple sets of visible wings: including the ones on top of his head. ]

I feel like we're getting a warm welcome with this rather persistent rain. For those more experienced than myself: is this common? I want to assume that it's not, since I imagine this city would be better equipped to handle constant flooding.

[ He shifts, leaning back away from the camera. ]

I know I'd rather be learning more about this city, the Prismals, and the types of people who arrived here from other worlds. Everything seems pretty fascinating. The different cultures, the history, the interesting and advanced technology.

So I'll ask, if you could be doing anything right now, what would it be?

Let's pretend that there's no consequences for your actions. You can do whatever your heart desires. If you don't want the world to know, you can be anonymous, though I don't think there's anything to be ashamed of.

What gorgeous wings you have, sir!...

[ titus is rather blond and blue-eyed himself, and often clad in white, although at the moment no wings are evident from his side. ]

"No consequences" is an interesting way to think about it. The consequences are the very reason for much of what I wish I could do...
But, well.
I suppose, right now, I would like to... eat roast chicken and aromatic herb stew... read with my sister... and then make love to someone tall, dark, or handsome.

Should it be more vague?...

Well, you know, I suppose if I think only of things that would have consequences I'd rather not have to deal with, I would like to really go all out in a magic duel. Some of my favorite spells are massively destructive, so I can't just go casting them in the middle of a city...

Rather simple things like fire or lightning can cause a lot of damage if you put enough power into them, of course. But the one I'm most fond of is a type of aberrant composite magic that combines three different colors of rukh. First I conjure a quantity of water—the ultimate destructive power depends on the amount here—and then, simultaneously, I convert it to superheated steam and compress it into a tiny mote. Naturally, the mote detonates with immense destructive force as soon as it comes into contact with much of anything!

...So while it's useful for demolishing buildings or blowing holes through monsters, there are few opportunities to deploy it in day-to-day life.

Indeed, and it has few limits. As long as you understand the theory behind what you want to accomplish, anything can be possible.

I too have to keep that impulse in check. But I suppose self-control is an important part of life...
