[ This is how she usually starts her video posts. Best to introduce herself to everyone first, after all! ]

My sister, Winter Schnee, isn't in Lunatia anymore. It's been a few days since, and for those who know her or are... [ A short pause. She's not quite sure if she should say the next word, so when she does, it's accompanied with a very unsure expression and airquotes. ] "friends", the Moon Knights and Lunar Scientia believe that it's because she couldn't produce enough Chroma.

I won't go into the details of the situation of Atlas, our Kingdom, but Winter has been working hard ever since she joined the military. It was nice to see her get to know people here, since she doesn't spend the little free time she has with other people. I'll probably get slapped in the head for saying this, but Winter's not here! So... thanks for keeping Winter company here.

... [ She looks to the side. That was awkward, having to thank a population for being her sister's friend. But she's sure Winter would have done the same for her. While she's here, though, and because she doesn't want to end on an awkward note, she figures out something else to say. ] Oh, and... I suppose since I'm already here—

I'd like to learn how to write songs. Lyrics, specifically. What are some of your favourite lyrics from songs you're fond of? Maybe then I can get some inspiration.

Most of my classes are either interesting or useful [at least in his opinion], so I spend a lot of time studying.

[ The batter's almost ready! Pancakes are easy to make! At the very least, she's mastered how to make them already. ]

What other hobbies do you have?

Aside from reading... [Training isn't much of a hobby when you don't actually like it, so—] Swimming, sketching, going to movies. And travel, though that's a little limited here.

Sketching, huh?

[ That's one skill Weiss was never good at! Her art skills lean towards music and theatre. ]

What kinds of things do you sketch?

[ Okay! Preheating the pan while she finishes mixing. ]

[And Ferran has absolutely zero skill with music—it balances out.]

Mostly structures and buildings, sometimes landscapes. I was planning to be an architect back home... so I'm always practicing, I guess.

[schmisse]

[ That's gonna rake a lot of money. 👀 ]

Can you study architecture here? At least then you wouldn't stop learning.

Yeah. Even if I get sent home before getting an actual job... it's still a nice thing to try for, right? And it would be pretty cool to design a building or two for another planet.

[schmisse]

It would!

[ An intergalactic sex architect. ]

You should make me a house.

[ Wait. ]

[He laughs, amused by the request... slash demand?]

You haven't even seen my work yet!

[That's pretty much the only problem he has with it.]

[ Okay! Butter in the pan to let it melt first, and then she'll scoop some batter for one pancake! ]

[He can only imagine what her standards are like, but he's fairly confident in his work, at least.]

I'll bring my sketchbook next time.

[Meanwhile, the tea is almost done brewing according to his watch, so he collects the cups and starts to set things out in the dining area. That doesn't mean he's not watching Weiss out of the corner of his eye, though.]

[ Okay! Time to cook! She's giving the stove her full attention now so she can flip the pancake at the best time. ]

What do you normally eat pancakes with?

Butter, a little syrup... sometimes pecans, maybe fruit.

[Nothing too fancy, although he can certainly enjoy a special treat now and again if it's offered.]

You didn't say anything specific yesterday, though, so I only brought the first two. [He figures she would have said if she had a preference.]

Oh, it's okay. I have some fruits here, anyway.

[ She likes her fruits! And Cloud makes crepes for her, so there are various toppings available. Chocolate syrup, caramel drizzle, whipped cream, almond shavings-- you name it! ]
