If anyone is interested in providing some assistance, I'm currently trying to devise ways to earn chroma that do not require one to be seen by others.

[Kind of hard to feel safe when you're part of a species that is more or less constantly viewed with some level of suspicion, and he's not sure how many D&D folks are here.]

I suppose I could try to open a business run through the networks here, but that would require some sort of capital to invest in the first place, which I currently lack.

I'm sure we could think of something, but for now, I simply do not feel comfortable putting myself forth. I'm already a bit of a touch-averse person as it is.

JSYK, you'll need to touch a few people regardless, otherwise you'll end up chroma-starved and you turn into a crystal. or so someone told me.

I imagine there are creative ways to solve the “not wanting to be seen” problem, but...if it’s an issue with touch, that seems more complicated.

[As someone who has a lethal disease that is normally highly contagious this certainly gets Faust's attention.]

From what I can tell at least some level of physical contact is needed but that doesn't require being seen. I'm not sure if fabric being in the way would matter but if it didn't then some sort of suit or a curtain could help.

No one's going to die or anything if I have to show myself, I'd rather just...not.

I understand. I still haven't worked out an ideal way to get Chroma for myself either.
