Hey everyone, happy Summer Solstice!

Yeah, I checked, and it turns out this is the longest day of the year here in Lunatia. They, uh, don't seem to celebrate it, though. Kinda strange, back home it was a pretty big deal. There was a big feast, planting seeds and starting gardens... oh, the flower crowns! Everybody got at least one. Some people had trouble wearing all the ones they had.

Also I think stuff with alcohol and... well, that stuff my Dad would have killed me for getting involved with, so nevermind.

Anyway, any of you guys have celebrations like that? And Riku, Sora, we've got to at least get some crowns made before the day's over!

[What Kairi isn't saying is, the Summer Solstice is also her birthday, or at least the day they've celebrated it since she arrived on the islands. But hey, she won't make a big deal out of that, and the only ones who know are her boys.]

Good question. ... I don't have any doubts that she can do just about anything.

It almost seems unfair. How is one person allowed to be that amazing?

She doesn't see that herself, but... one day, I hope she will.

But, what about you? Any big plans for today?

I'm still talking about it with the boys. Riku's promised me at least one flower crown.

A flower crown? I didn't know he could make those.

It was part of the Solstice celebration to make at least one. Not everybody's good at, but anyone from the islands can probably at least get it together.

Oh don't worry about it. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, but then the first message on here was Xion, and I'd completely forgotten that yeah, she would know when my birthday is. Sora's memories and all.

Can't really say I've ever tried to make one myself. Most of my spare time back at home went towards training. ... I guess that means Sora'll end up making one, too.

Sora's memories? But, why would she have those? [ ... There's... still a lot for him to catch up on. ]

Okay, I don't know how much of this I should actually tell you because really it's her story, but Xion is linked to Sora. Has been ever since she was... born, actually.

Ven, Aqua, and I... We all wanted to put our all into making our dreams come true.

... That answers my question. It sounds pretty complicated, though.

And your dreams were becoming Keyblade Masters and protecting the Worlds, huh? Can't say you didn't know how to think big.

It's complex, yeah, but it'd probably make more sense if you heard it from her. I'd certainly hope so, anyway.

Our Master was strict when it came to our training. He wanted us to be as focused as we could be.

Maybe someday. If she doesn't mind, that is.

Anyway, I'd worry about befriending her first. Wait for her to bring the subject up.

A little. I've never been in a world this big before. ... But, that just means that there's that much more to see, too.

Oh you have no idea. I've been exploring this place for months now, and it still feels like I've barely scratched the surface.

The trip we took with the eggs was new to everyone, right? It sounds like we're in for more surprises.

That's true! And I wasn't even really thinking of places outside the city. They say it's really dangerous out there, and I guess that trip kinda proved it, but hey, we can handle ourselves, right?

Yep! It's a bright, shiny place on the uppermost level with all kinds of crazy games in it. My friend Konoka showed me how to play some. There's one type that's all about aiming and shooting, so it felt like some of my magic training! Fire and Blizzard, mostly.

You're right about that. No matter what we find in this world - we can handle it.

Hey, that actually sounds fun. ... But, there aren't any racing games, are there?

There are! I was pretty terrible at them though.

Racing can be pretty tricky, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were pretty difficult.
