[Lunatia's resident centaur lady is back on screen, excitedly trying to... set her network device up somewhere where it can actually get all of a rather large frame into the shot. Not that she waits to start talking.]

Greetings, everyone! I didn't realize it's been months since I last used this for "posting"... There's probably so many new people, so, um, very quickly- If you don't know me, my name is Konoha! I'm a jinba... Or a "centaur" if you want! And oh, that's my husband, Gonta... and our friend, Mikuni! Say hello, you two!

[Catching sight of the other jinba behind her pausing in their field work, she moves the camera to show a large palomino fellow (Gonta) who gives a gruff nod and semi-wave, and an elegant ebony-coated gentleman? (Mikuni) who dips into a more proper bow with a little smile.]

We run the Tsurugi Farmstead in the Greatmoon Groves! There was a lot of damage when it flooded before, but thanks to everyone's efforts we're back up and running properly... and we've had our first fall harvest!

So... as a bit of a thank you, and also maybe to celebrate not dealing with those awful nightmares anymore, I thought we could have a hotpot party here by the river? In my village we usually make imoni in the autumn, it's so delicious! It's full of beef and taro root and leeks and konnyaku... Mmm!

[She finally gets the device set up properly and trots back into frame properly, obviously excited by the invitation she's making.]

Cordis is almost over, right? So now seems like a good time before Iris shows up... But if you have a Cordis appetite, don't worry! We'll supply all the imoni... or, the ingredients, anyway, it's more fun if you cook it outside with everyone. We also have fresh sweet potatoes, pumpkin, new rice... oh, and persimmons!

But if you want to share anything, feel free to bring your own dish, too! Let's say... tomorrow? I'll send directions for anyone who hasn't visited before, alright?

Uhn, it's not simple at all!

[As if to demonstrate, Konoha quickly uncurls a foreleg and sticks it out in his direction, showing off her unshod hoof.]

See... now, all my weight goes all into one place, all spread out and solid... but when it goes all split every time I step I feel like my leg is accidentally going to go in two different directions... !

[Or. Did weight distribution on hooves not really make sense to someone with feet? Did that make sense, how confusing it was to her to basically go from having one hoof to two small ones? Oops-]

- Oh, yes. I'm Iris!

Though she might blush just a little and stuff her face a moment and hope he hadn't paid too close attention to the "Closed to visitors during Iris, Sanguis, and Triple Moon" on the Tsurugi Farmstead sign.]

Right- I mean, I've been here five seasons now, so... I'm used to a lot of things...

Is- Is anyone from your world here, Henry?

{ Her reaction isn't hard to miss, as he considers himself an avid people watcher. It's cute, he thinks. And yes, he most certainly did see the sign, but perhaps it would give her some relief to know he didn't dwell on it much. Just trying to find his way around the farm had been his main concern at the time, after all. }

There... was, but I haven't seen her in a while. I can't figure out if she's simply ignoring me or if she's been "taken back".

{ He hadn't thought about Shinobu for a while, though that's mostly because there'd been so much happening as of late. }

[He doesn’t speak as if he seems particularly upset about not knowing if that person was here anymore or not, so it can’t be a wife or girlfriend... or family? So-]

{ There's a very definitive pause, rubbing his chin as he thinks of the best way to describe the woman. }

We weren't openly hostile towards one another for the most part, but she didn't have the greatest opinion of me. She'd come from a different point in time, you see. Guess she didn't like what she saw in me.

{ Thinking about it even made him confused. }

Let's just call her a colleague. She's also a sword fighter, so we ran in similar circles.

[It feels so crazy to Konoha that she can hear things like “different timelines” now and just. Accept it. But the alternative is trying to figure that out, and she certainly doesn’t know how, so.]

[Around a hearty slurp, her bowl almost drained already (she has two stomachs to feed it’s fine!), Konoha makes a contemplative face.]

I guess it’s good there are swordsman here for when things get dangerous...

{ He's almost finished with his bowl as well, but he's always been a rather slow eater. Not because it's not enjoyable, but simply out of habit and culture. }

I suppose. Don't think it's done me a whole lot of good here, unfortunately. Not everything can be fought off by a blade. Especially not the nonsense we go up against on this strange planet, anyway.

Nope. I was thrust into an underwater fight when I returned here. Before, well, I believe there were some issues with flora overtaking the city. Christ, that feels so long ago.

Time here does feel really weird, doesn't it... ? I volunteered to help the Moon Knights with the Lightless mission when I first got here, but... I realized really quickly I probably shouldn't get in the middle of all that...

[Underwater fights, battling flora... No, she looked far more appropriate here, on the farm, smiling.]

It's no good to have to worry about protecting people when you're trying to fight, right?

[She doesn't sound like she's putting herself down, at least- She thinks she serves a perfectly respectable use growing crops!]

They didn't have eagle faces, did they?

No, it had a cat face? I've never seen a cat that big before, but people here said they were called "lions".

Anyway, I'm sure I'd recall such creatures if I'd been here. The gaps between times spent on Prismatica and times spent at home base are vague at best. I'm sure we've still only scratched the surface of weird things to encounter here.

[Wait... are griffons important??? She doesn't know at all, but- Whatever, it's fine! In typical Konoha fashion, she just laughs it off and stuffs the last of her imoni in her mouth.]

I feel like I want to say I've seen all the weird after a year and a half, but... I also don't want to jinx it, so!

Oh, I don't doubt that we'll have plenty more weirdness coming our way. Let's end the year with a bang, as they say, should Prismatica even have the same yearly calendar as Earthlings do.

They had that really nice Firialia holiday last winter around what I thought would be the new year in my world... Does your world have anything like that? All gift-giving-y?

[She might be used to gifting things like new clothes or visiting shrines to pray for the new year, but the yuletude gift-giving escaped her sensibilities...

It had been fun, though, thinking of things to gift her friends here in a place where she had time and money.]

Yes, Christmas... { Firialia...wow, he doesn't even want to try and attempt pronouncing that. He'll stick with Christmas or New Years, thanks. }

It's quite festive, though a bit commercialized. Feels like something Prismatica would revel in, if I'm being honest.

{ He doesn't partake in the holiday much, and he's never experienced an equivalent here in Prismatica. Christmas had never been kind to his wallet when he'd been married, but, well... that hadn't exactly been anything new to him. For his ex, every week was Christmas. }
