(001 Video)
[At precisely 12:00 PM down to the second, the video feed opens on a shot of a table, where sit two people:Hakuno Kishinami and Yaha-kui zaShunina. Behind them, a whiteboard reads: “Anisotropy: An Introduction”.]
I am aware that it is considered customary to initiate a presentation with an introduction of the speakers involved. I am Yaha-kui zaShunina.
And I’m Hakuno Kishinami. [She gives a small wave and a faint smile.] I’m here to help break down what Yaha-kui wants to explain to everyone.
As a basis for this explanation, I will call this world that exists in three dimensional space ‘the Universe.’ I originate from a space outside of this Universe known as Novo. It possesses a greater number of spacial dimensions than the Universe, and in this language, it would translate to ‘Anisotropic.’ I will now present a demonstration.
[One of Yaha-kui zaShunina’s arms emerges from beneath his cloak and rests upon the table… before everything from the elbow-down vanishes from sight--swirling, golden fractals dancing over the point of severance rather than exposed muscle and bone. A few feet away, the detached segment of arm reappears to grasp a water bottle before vanishing once again, only to return to its place connected to zaShunina’s body, water bottle still in hand.]
It’s a bit like taking a short cut, through those extra dimensions!
[zaShunina turns to look at Hakuno, and though he opens his mouth to correct her translation, he just as quickly closes it again to return his attention to the camera, nodding. What’s important here is the accessibility of the explanation to as many people as possible. Inaccuracies can be corrected later.]
The anisotropic exists adjacent to every point within the universe.
Once one has a perception of the anisotropic, it becomes possible to utilize these additional dimensions. The purpose for this explanation is to present the possibility for Prismatica to employ anisotropy in its advancement.
For the record, though, the technology that’s needed in order for non-Novo… residents? Novans? [ She frowns, mulling it over for a moment, before shaking her head.] We’ll work on the phrasing. That aside, the technology used to help people who aren’t natives of Yaha-kui’s world do things like this wasn’t brought over at arrival. This is mostly theoretical explanations, as well as a foundation for if or when that technology can be recreated.
We will designate this span of time to respond to inquiries.
(Questions will be answered either by Hakuno, zaShunina, or both.)

video;
[Mordred said flatly, a frown furrowing her brows and narrowing her green eyes in her bemusement.]
You understand all this? First the Grail, now this stuff with extra dimensions. What next, actual time travel?
video;
[Not even the first one Hakuno has met, before coming to this place!]
But, I've been aware of parallel timelines for a while, yeah. Benefit of where I was born, I suppose.
no subject
[It was all gibberish to Mordred-- and she knew better than to question mages too hard for details that she didn't understand-- but that did start to put some things together in her awareness.]
Ah. So that's why there's so many Servants here. And a couple Masters, but not mine.
[With no Grail and no Arthur, Mordred saw no reason to pick a fight with this young looking girl while they were in a foreign land.]
What have you and your alien friend worked out about this... uh, 'dimensional' stuff.
no subject
[It's complicated, she knows. This is as simple as she can make it off the cuff.]
This is mostly just Yaha-kui explaining what his people are able to do with dimensions. What specifically duo you want to know... Ssssaber?
[She's guessing, but aside from Jeanne, most people with that coloring that Hakuno has met have been Sabers.]
no subject
[She wasn't wearing her armor either, so her identity and all that could technically be available for this Master to see, if it even worked through these video-things.
Mordred chuckled.]
I'm no Ruler, and it pisses me off that Jeanne and I look alike, but it's okay. There's no Grail here, and no problems
[And she could enjoy the Modern Day Life in Peace.]
All this stuff is a bit above me, but I was curious about things.
...and mostly I just wanted to pester you.
no subject
[Hakuno...]
Pester me, or us?
no subject
[Mordred puffed herself up.]
I'm Mordred, Knight of the Round Table, Son of King Arthur, and rightful heir to the throne. Not some Roman... whatever!
[Clearly, Sabers who wore red were egoists.]
...Mostly you, but I'm up for bothering your alien friend too.
no subject
[And she eats like a pack of wild horses. Wild, starching horses.]
Sir Gawain is here too, if you haven't had the chance to see him yet.
Yaha-kui is a sweetheart, really. I'm sure he'd be happy to talk with you, too.
no subject
[And she pouted at the mention of her father. Of all things and in all ways, why did Arthur have to be getting involved in other dimensions too?]
Let's not talk about Arthur. That'll ruin the good thing we've got going here.
[Because, as weird as this mage was, she was pretty nice too.]
But Gawain's here? That'll be different to see him again. It's been a while.
no subject
[Hey, you brought her up first! No skin off Hakuno's nose.]
Yeah, he remembers the Moon Cell too. I actually faced off with him in the War, near the end, and he's been a good ally in the time since, too.
no subject
[Believe her. She'd Seen Things with her mother to know.]
It's why I want to ask it just to give me a chance. Anything more feels like a cheap shot.
...But there's no Moon Cell where I'm from. You think it's that parallel timeline thing we were talking about before?
no subject
no subject
[Mordred frowned, mulling this over with her brain that just wasn't built to fully comprehend these sorts of things.]
If the Moon is the Grail, and you're living on the Moon, then--?
No. I don't wanna know. Mages are all weird, no matter what timeline they're from.
