Thirty years ago, I was a Turk. [ a pause. ] A kind of.. personal guard for company leadership. We did anything needed to protect company interests. [ anything needed. ] My work is more.. freelance these days.

It's not ideal. [ understatement. ] Occasionally comes in handy, though. [ for flinging himself into situations a normal person couldn't hope to survive. ]
