[004 | VIDEO]
[Video comes on, and the device is pointed to an outside view of a garage in a Level 3 alley. It's likely not far from the main urban area, as faint bustling can be heard in the background. Just in front of the entrance, a blue neon sign comes on: CONAGHER'S TOOLS & MUNITIONS]
Beaut, ain't she?
[Judging by the Texan accent behind the camera, it's Engineer.]
Hey, y'all. This is Engineer, and... well. I guess Dell's fine, seein' as I got my real name up in neon now.
[He chuckles.]
Anyway. I just opened up shop. Conagher's Tools & Munitions is my personal workshop, here on Level 3, just outside the urban area.
You wanna come by, I can design, build, maintain, or fix you just about anything mechanical. My specialty's weapons, prosthesis, and robots. If you wanna bring me anythin' else, though, we can probably work somethin' out. I take chroma and demichroma both. If you need a mechanical engineer, come on down. I'm good at solvin' problems.
[A pause passes. He clears his throat.]
And, uh. For anybody who knows me personally, I guess... I live here now, too. You wanna get a hold of me, I'll be down here from now on.
[As the transmission ends, he leaves an address.
Business details and requests for Engineer's new business can be found here!]

She starts tapping her chin.]
Weapons...I may be interested. What of vehicles? Too big?
permavoice
Vehicles though... hm. I'll be honest, ma'am, I ain't had much experience with the kinda cars people use 'round here. But I've worked cars plenty back home, so I'm willin' to take a peek.

As for vehicles, I do not have mine here, but I was considering something lightweight like a motorcycle. This will be something I will have to research, so thank you for the confirmation!
[Hearing "ma'am", reminds her of something.]
You can call me Vietnam, or Sen. Either you wish.
no subject
Alright. If it helps anything, I know they got hover bikes 'n such for sale around here.
[Oh - right.]
Vietnam, huh? [Sounds like a codename, like "Engineer."] Well then. Pleasure to meetcha, Miss Sen.
no subject
I...would like to try a hover bike. Even if just once.
[He's also not completely wrong about her name being a codename.] It is nice to meet you! Do you have a preference on which name I should call you?
no subject
Oh, and - you ain't gotta worry about ammo. I've got that taken care of.
[tldr he has a machine that somehow spits out the right ammo always.]
Nah, you can call me whatever you like. I've gotten used to just about all of 'em.
no subject
Like for ammunition! [She's looking about as eager as someone like her can. Also that machine sounds amazing, she's going to be amazed.]
Oh! Engineer. Dell. [She's trying out both to see which works best. Thinking about it, they're both cool.]
no subject
[hEH.]
What, you tryin' 'em on? [Figuratively speaking, anyway.]
no subject
[YEEEEAAAH.]
I am, actually! I think I may have to use either one on you a bit longer, to see which comes to me faster! [WHAT A PLAN. Look she's a loser and a nerd.]
no subject
Welp. You're welcome to pick whichever one works best, ma'am.
