in the video, dextera has his sleeve rolled up, and the parasite is sitting on his arm comfortably without an apparent care in the world. it doesn’t know that there’s a video camera on it, and also doesn’t know what a camera is. the video is completely silent, but the parasite has a little bounce to it as it just wiggles on dextera’s arm. every now and then, its “tail” lashes, and are those… wings? the wings flutter.

dextera moves his arm a little, and the parasite jumps off to sit on a nearby table: and the point of the video becomes clear, because there’s a soft clack where its feet land. it’s like a horror movie, honestly. dextera cuts the video. ]

a lot to unpack. Seeing a picture is one thing, seeing it in action is another, but Subaru already said they could come so they can come. Besides! The wings are cool! And it does patter. So Parappa is fine.]

I think the ocean would be dangerous, but I bet it would like to be in the sand. It’s used to dark places, since I usually keep it under my clothes.

just stuff like that tho, he isnt a suit kinda dog
and its only for special occasions too
hes usually naked as the day he was born, collarless and free..☆
back home, a good friend of mine would make stuff like that for him
but i guess i gotta buy it now huh

[ dextera would be glad to tell subaru all about what parasites can and cannot do for the body, now that he’s come to appreciate them in a weird way, but he also thinks that a normal person might die if they took on an insect the way dextera usually does. dextera, certainly, was convinced he was going to the first time he did. ]

They like to be under your skin. They aren’t dangerous at all, if your sleeves are long enough.
