It used to be just to see justice for a crime against my mother.

Now it's also because there are people who wanted me to believe that my birth was a mistake, and living is the best way to spite them.

So you continue on to prove them wrong? I can't really find a flaw with that reasoning.

[She considers, and then adds:] You said 'used to be.' Is it because you got that justice?

Not quite yet. I just came to a realization that those people were lying to me about my mother's opinions.

They do say the best revenge is living well, I suppose.

Or getting revenge in other ways, I guess, since that seems to be a popular thing.

That saying is definitely true when the people you're getting revenge against wanted you to be miserable.

Do you find it easier to do it here than back home?

[foolishjustice]

I do. There are a lot of things about back home that...well. Let's just say I feel much more like people here really want me around.

Would you say you like it better here than home then? Would you go back home still if you had the choice?
