You simply need to find something you were born to do be good at it and be sure of it
For example
I am the granddaughter of the head of a very prestigious school of japanese dance
I was born into it and i am good at it and i will become the best dancer of all dances in the entire world
Not just japanese
One day i will have everyone recognize my talent and myself as such
To aid in this i am attending a music academy where i study all types of dance
I say this to myself because it is the truth and will happen no matter what i have to do to achieve it

I help locate people who've gone missing on the mountain where I live. I can find missing items too, so long as I have something connected to the missing person or thing.

And I can see and talk to spirits. So I end up helping them out too...

Hmm, I agree, mostly. But most of them aren't here scaring people because they want to be. [...Alright some of them really hate the living and are lashing out at them, BUT IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT...

Most of them want to move on as much as you might want them to. But not everyone can see them anyhow, and they generally don't bother with people who can't see or hear them. So I wouldn't worry about it.
