I suppose if it's your weapon of choice...
That may be trickier to hunt down as opposed to a, ehm... regular one.
I'm not certain we'll be needing close combat weapons, though.

There are quite a lot of special interest shops on level 3, and a few more expensive ones tucked away in level 2, I believe.

I think I've scoured about the entirety of both trying to find as much in the way of supplies for my clinic as possible I didn't have to create by hand.

Really? I would have assumed that they would be easier to find than whips used for sport, but I was going to suggest a specialty shop.

Let's see... I've never looked around one for more than a few minutes, since it's a bit embarrassing to go on my own, so I unfortunately don't have any suggestions aside from places I've seen while walking around.

But if you would find it more comfortable to go with someone else and don't mind that we're essentially strangers, I would be happy to join you.

I saw one that looked like it had like six tiny whips on one handle in the window.
There are all kinds of crazy things in store fronts here.

I was just passing by so I wasn't paying much attention, but it was on the same street as the amphitheater. I think.
I haven't been here long, I don't really know my way around yet but I'm pretty sure it was on that street.

Ah, are you an animal tamer? Whipping has always struck me as too violent of a method to restrict and train their behavior. Training through use of food may be more beneficial and create less aggression and anxiety in the creature.
