Hello everyone,

I've found that I've had more time to spend working on the culinary arts, as of late, and this has given me the chance to use many ingredients that are new and unfamiliar to me... or at least oddly named. I'm looking for some advice in regards to the following fruit:

[Attached is a picture of an avocado.]

What would you call this? Where I'm from, I've always known it as an alligator pear. I've only ever seen it used for a particular sort of salad... or simply eaten on bread. Is there anything else to be done with it?

Also, since the subject is somewhat related, why would the people here call a rolanberry a strawberry, of all things?

I'm not that fond of fishing, really. I don't usually have the patience for it!

I'll confess to not knowing what a dimper damper is, but I'll also confess to having met several Warriors of Light. And even more people from versions of Hydaelin that aren't my own.

I suppose I should also confess to being a Warrior of Light while I'm at it? Things really are terribly complicated.

I'm not sure if complicated is the correct word. I am Hydealyn's Champion as well, but please, call me Shar. I've already met another one before you. We both were taken aback.

If not complicated, then unusual? I suppose it's only reasonable for Hydaelin to have more than one champion, but I'd have rather not had to travel so far from home to meet them!

It's a pleasure to meet you, Shar. I've met a few others as well! It's surprising at first, but given some things I've learned recently, perhaps it's not really that unusual.

I would very much be interested in some practice! We'll have to make some time for that.

Here, I've learned that there are many different versions of Hydaelin. But the things I've learned elsewhere help that realization make more sense.

Do you know about the First? About Norvrandt?
