My name is Usagi Tsukino! And I totally need some help! You see, one of my bestest best friends, Ami Mizuno, well her birthday is this month! The 10th for any of you who are friends with her too!

Aaanyway! So, I wanna get her like, the PERFECT gift cause I mean, this is her birthday we're talking about! And we're away from all of our friends from home and so I wanna do something special to help make her smile. But the thing is... Ami-chan is brilliant, like, just absolutely 1000% awesomely smart! And super-duper sweet and polite. She's such an amazing girl. And while I could get her a book cause she loves them, I don't want to cause well, what if she already read it, and I can get her a book anytime, ya know? She reads books the way everyone breathes! No no, see this gift has to be special!

And see, the thing is... um... I don't know what a super-duper brilliant girl would want.. well I mean I do know what she likes and would want, but again perfect gift here, people, that's what we're going for here. She likes computers and reading, swimming, and water. I've already got dinner planned [For those who know Usagi, fret not, she is not cooking.] I've got our day planned where we're gonna go to the aquarium. But I need that cherry on top, ya know?

So, for all you geniuses out there, what would be the perfect gift in your opinion?

Oh! Well, if I get her jewelry it'd have to be simple, she doesn't do big showy stuff, she's got a really nice clean taste, ya know? But I could get her a cute bracelet, maybe!

[ Cloud was about to suggest getting it so that Usagi could be the one to give it to her, seeing as she was looking for gift ideas anyways. But when she suggest he do it, he seems surprised. ]

You sure it should be me? [ A beat. ] I haven't introduced myself to someone with a present before...

[ Still, after a fleeting second or two's deliberation, he nods. This girl sounds like she means the world to Usagi. ]

Okay. I'll get it. [ And get it packed up nice for Ami, too. ]

I want all my loved ones to meet all my other loved ones. Besides, considering how you might be spending time at the apartment, you two should probably meet so she doesn't mistake you for an intruder and try to kill you.

[She is... not the least bit joking about that since she knows Ami would be very protective of Usagi and vice versa.]

[ To that, he cracks a little smile. Whether Usagi's joking or not, he's surprisingly quick to retort and joke back. ]

I better leave my sword at home then.

[ Y'know. So that he's less an "intruder with a giant weapon", he thinks. Cloud's taken the little glass figure with him, paid up for it and gotten it bagged up and packaged nicely. ]

Want me to hold onto it until her birthday? Or should I get it ready and bring it over for you to hold onto?
