[Midna hasn't exactly put together what's going on with the cycles of the moon, but she is distinctly pleased by the concept of animal companions. In particular, the wolf and dog sorts.

She's in her very bare-bones apartment. Seems she hasn't taken the initiative to decorate it yet. It's somewhere on an invisible to-do list.

Lounging on her bed, she wears a coy little smile.]

I've noticed an increase in puppies around lately. I once worked very closely with one and we proved to be very practical to one another. As such, if you find a puppy without a home, I'm more than willing to let them stay with me.

I promise to take very good care of them.

[Yes. She's going to adopt all of the wolves. And dogs.]

I was unaware there were different kinds.

[Midna makes a note to see if the academy or the library has any books on wolves. The only wolf she's ever known personally is Link. Somehow she imagines that Twilight wolves are likely not exactly the same as those outside of the Twilight.]

I've only ever known of one from my world. A friend of mine, so I was fond of him. Although he was not a wolf to begin with, but rather a boy. He became a wolf to better suit my needs.

[It's a harsh way of putting it, but at the end of the day, truth is truth. Link was largely Midna's errand boy. It was hard to run errands in the Twilight as a being not of Twilight.]
