Question: if you're having really vivid dreams that leave you waking up... messy, what are they and how do you make them stop?

[ when you skipped past puberty, don't know what to call a wet dream, and have no internet searching skills... you make the mistake of asking the internet. but seriously. how do you make them stop?! at least give him a term to research, please! ]

I guess it's fair to feel annoyed, but is it that bad?
You can't help moving in your sleep and making a mess.
Have you tried looking for better sheets? I'm sure someone had a similar problem and probably made something of the kind!

I don't see how sheets would make it better? Or worse, for that matter. They're still going to need washing if they're not magically self-cleaning or something...
